I bought a phone this year. Not the best customer service. They told me one thing in regards to prices, then when I came to pick up the phone that I needed for work. They added "oh there is this extra charge, and this other extra charge." I begrudgingly agree to it because I need my phone, and then they charged me twice separately. Then would not refund me. My wife has brought two phones that have broken. The last phone was under manufacturer's warranty but she was told that the phone couldn't be replaced for two days. For a popular Samsung Galaxy? She then "bought" a new phone, and later found out that we're still paying for the defective Samsung. Cellular Sales' Customer Service received my complaint but their upper management rejected waiving defective phone balance. Plus they charged $30 "upgrade fee" and used my upgrade that blocked me from a new iphone. Apparently, commissions mean more than customer service. Absolutely terrible experience!!! read more

I wish I could give zero stores to this location. I went there for a simple SIM card purchase because I kept getting a SIM card error on my phone. Several weeks later I received a letter indicating that a device payment eligibility check about upgrading/adding a device agreement. I did not inquire about this whatsoever and I was concerned that a credit pull was conducted. Verizon Corp ensured that a hard pull was not conducted, but this was definitely showed a lack of integrity on the part of the retailer. I will NEVER go to an authorized retailer gain. THIS PLACE HAS OVERPRICED FEES! My iPhone 5 wouldn't take calls so I took my old iPhone 4s here to be hooked up to my number for a temporary solution. They charged me $40 for the activation! I was NOT TOLD it was going to be $40 until it was all said and done. The sales agent insisted that I agreed to the $40 fee, but I only said no I didn't want to upgrade and that yes I wanted to this phone as my replacement. I had no idea if there even would be a fee! The $40 fee is more than the phone is worth! I have taken phones to Verizon stores like TCC in the past and its been only $10 to hook up a phone and thats paying for the sim card. I called to express that I felt I had been overcharged and the sales agent wouldn't do anything. Very disappointed. Never coming back here. So it goes to show these retailers can charge different fees and to ask upfront because these people will ambush you with the overpriced fee at the end leaving you with no choice but to pay the bill. And when you do express your concern about the price, they will do absolutely nothing about it. read more
