Worst service I have ever had. Just be careful when buying from them because they are a rep for Verizon and others. They will not honor the 30 day return policy. Worker had charged me for only half the phone I needed to pay outright , proceeded to say "Well you guys saw it too, not my problem , let's just proceed and not worry about it " I proceeded to say, are you sure it's no big deal we can always come back, she said no. We proceed to pay and get everything changed over, just for her boss to call 2 & 1/2 weeks LATER saying we need you to pay for the rest of the phone or we have to charge your account for the entire phone even though we had already paid for the "2 year upgrade price that is apparently no longer" Very pushy manager, uneducated worker that made an obvious mistake just for the manager to continue to ask me where I worked and that I needed to clear my schedule because of their mistakes. I will never go to this store, or another TCC ever again! Go straight to a Verizon corporate store or you will get screwed over! I can't return the phones after buying them!!! Verizon corporate won't touch the phones or accessories because they were bought here at a secondary retailer, while this store won't touch them because I ported the lines out to Metro PCS (@ instruction of a Verizon corporate customer service rep). I am stuck in the middle of the two companies and both are trying to leave me stuck paying for 2 full-priced samsung galaxy 9+ (when they were buy1, get 1 free)! I have no Verizon service at my new house and this store still won't return my phones! I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon corporate customer service and the reps keep contacting this store trying to get them to return the phones, but they refuse to take them back. Verizon corporate customer service can't understand understand why they refuse to take the phones back! I attempted (more than once!) to return my phones and accessories to the store within the 14 day window, but they insisted I come back when the manager was there, then when I spoke with the manager on the phone, he had no customer service skills and he refused to take the phones back because I ported the lines out (at the instruction of a Verizon customer service rep) before returning the phones. I had no service at home and couldn't even make a phone call. So was I supposed to wait days without service, for the store manager to be present in the store to return my merchandise? Not only that, on purchase, I was told I could return my merchandise anytime within the 14 day window, but I return and hear a different story! read more

So far I've purchased 2 phones w/ accessories at this location, and their customer service is top notch! I would definitely recommend checking them out when you're in the market for a new phone. The person who helped me (Ryan) was quick in suggesting a phone that met the needs that I expressed and didn't try to upsell me or push anything on me that I wasn't interested in. I was very impressed by this location when purchasing by daughter's phone back in December and now I've already returned to purchase my new phone from the same place.
