The worst employee I ever had the unlucky pleasure of working with no longer works there as well as the "troll", who will also remain nameless. The company does push self serve options heavily, too much in some cases, but since the stores no longer run on commission, things have gotten immensely better. I would suggest that customers do their best to become self sufficient and come to rely on the store employees as "experts" in extreme cases. When all else fails or you just have to feel the device in your hands before you take out a second mortgage to pay for your electronic fix, then come on in!

While waiting for the port to transfer my number over, the technician (Eddie), said I would be needing a screen protector for my phone, as I had recieved my phone a few days earlier shipped directly to my home. I watched him go over to a area of the store a grab a few items from a drawer. As he was wiping my phone down, (presumably to apply a screen protector). He never said any price of what a screen protector would cost. ( to be fair, I didn't ask either) I assumed it would be around 50.00. When he was done, he handed me a bill for over 150.00! I said that was extremely expensive for just a screen protector, he then told me he applied a ' liquid gold' product on my phone, he stated that was the best product around. However, I was charged for 2 screen protectors. The liquid gold, and another screen protector that he laid over the face of my phone. I paid the bill reluctantly and left the store. Then a few days later I went to another Verizon store (This one was a corporate store, and not a 'authorized Verizon store. I was there to get a clear case for my phone, as the BeMobile store didn't have a clear case. While at that store, the manager looked at my receipt from BeMobile for the screen protector. He then asked me why i put 2 different screen protectors on my phone. I hadn't relized that is what Eddie did when I was at his store. I believe I was taken advantage of by Eddie, and the BeMobile store here in Litchfield Mn. Bottom line is I wouldn't trust this store at all in the future. SO BE WARNED IF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR EDDIE. KEEP YOUR EYES ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH YOUR PHONE AND ASK QUESTIONS SO YOU DONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I WAS.
