Alex the man in charge is a pleasure to deal with. He has been taking of my business for years. The Verizon team is professional and attentive to your needs. They demonstrate patience and willingness to help in the transfer of all data from one phone to the other. Verizon has a solid network in El Paso. It does not always work across 375 and the border. But overall, the network is solid.

BUT- the folks at this Verizon really helped get me into a new phone at a great price and were able to transfer all my data over to the new phone (I got there just in time, my old phone was a goner). The manager helped me himself and was very patient with me and the task at hand. Customer service was outstanding- I guess that's why I have been a Verizon customer for almost 30 years.

I got my first bill and was 79.99 and I called 3 times to complain and they said they would take care of the problem and the last one was a manager and that I would get email with the correct amount within 2 hours which I never received anything. I had to call again and talk to representative who said that the bill was 79.99 and I explained everything to him and he said the promotion was not offered when I got the service, so then their representatives lied about the promotion which is not my fault. I then talked to a manager who was no help and only wanted to give a one time credit and I told him no that I was promised 49.99 and what I am going to pay and not going to pay 30.00 more. I was then transferred to loyalty department which was no help as they kept saying they were going to check what the other representatives told me, then she said there was an error message and to call back in 24 hours. I told her I already called 4 times and they still can't correct the problem. This is the worst company ever and will have to look for another company. I should have stayed with t"mobile as they keep their promises they told me. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from AT&T as they lie to you to hook you in and then they change everything and that promotions were not good when you got the service. I wish they would keep their promise and charge you what you were promised. The whole company is bad from Representative , to managers to loyalty department.
