He had a battery, and nobody waiting ahead of me for service and was able to do the replacement quickly. It did take an extra 40 minutes to charge enough to do function checks, but for $40.00 bucks it was reasonable. After reading the other review, I had some reservations, so we'll see how long this new battery lasts. I can always go to the authorized service center in the future, but their rating was poor. It probably depends on the technician doing the work on repair and service quality. So far, very pleased with Phone Todd's work. If I get another year out of this battery, it will be worth it to do it again rather than get a new phone and I like the series 7 as it does everything I need.

The email I received after paying stated that I had to allow 2 hours before pickup. They closed at 8. I go to pick it up two days later, 12/19 and because the phone bill was now two days past due they refused to give me the phone that I had already paid for. The manager was sure to offer the option to add a line due to commission however, since she "couldn't give me the upgrade" that I already paid for. Mind you, had I had it mailed to me there would have been no issue. But because of issues with mail system being slow and needing for present I opted to pick up in store. I called the retention dept and they were no help. We have been loyal customers for 20 years with 19 phone lines. We will be switching. I promise they will never get another contract out of me. She spent quite a bit of time with the issues, and got my phone back in service. I don't see a good future for the AT&T store on first Avenue. Personally, I would also suggest that they implement a employee dress and grooming policy. The young lady on Green River Road was a superstar in customer service. It took about 3 weeks in total after I dropped off at the shop and it was shipped back to my home.
