We…read morehad done some research online beforehand, but this was still our first time signing up for a phone plan ourselves, so we were a bit intimidated to say the least. When we arrived, the staff eased our nerves by being extremely friendly and personable, and they made sure to treat us as people rather than a quota to meet. We also ended up spending half of what we expected to due to them explaining options that were better than what we had seen on the Boost website. The only downside is that we had to come from Owensboro. Hopefully KG Premier can bring back the location they used to have here! Overall, I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you're new to phone plans like we were.

The person behind the counter didn't know how to give me a refund. So today I went back in and talked to the manager he said that screen protector would work too and also they don't give refunds on accessories after the end of day. So he gave me a charging cord for the price of the protector. Said it was the same cost. Since they don't post prices I could only take his word for it. I'm seriously disappointed with this store and will not return to it.

They will take money out of your check without telling you anything if they can't figure something out. Also, if you quit they won't give you your last check of commission you made for them. They will literally find ANY excuse to not pay you. It's been months and I'm still waiting to hear back on what I did wrong to have money deducted/money held this time. They accuse you of being a thief with no proof to back it up, or claim you did something wrong to not get paid. I thought it was illegal to withhold wages like that but I'm convinced this place is run by crooks. They have managers post fake reviews to get their ratings up. It's okay for employees are drunk or high while on the clock helping customers. However, seeing as they will do anything to take money from your check or to not pay you, it's not surprising. They will lead you on a wild goose chase for your last check just to not pay you. AVOID BEST BUY FOR ANY DELIVERY/INSTALL PURCHASE If I could…read moregive zero stars, I would. Best Buy has completely outsourced appliance delivery and installation to a third party called Install Inc., and the result is an absolute disaster. We scheduled a dishwasher delivery and install for Monday, July 6th, with an 8:45am-11:45am window. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. NO CALL. NO TEXT. NOTHING. When we contacted Best Buy afterward, the phone rep could not get in touch with anyone at Install Inc. despite numerous attempts. I asked to escalate and was promised a callback with a new delivery time. THAT CALLBACK NEVER CAME -- FROM ANYONE AT BEST BUY. We called back hours later. Same result -- still no contact with Install Inc. The rep gave us a "super secret" direct number to try ourselves. After 45 MINUTES ON HOLD, I finally reached someone -- who HUNG UP ON ME FIVE MINUTES IN, presumably because they had no answers to give. Back to Best Buy we went, only to be told the best they could do was reschedule TWO WEEKS OUT. TWO WEEKS! We had already waited over 10 DAYS for an appointment no one honored, and instead of being prioritized, we were PUT BACK AT THE END OF THE LINE. To add insult to injury, THERE IS NO WAY TO EVER REACH ANYONE AT THE ACTUAL STORE BY PHONE -- your only option is to physically walk in. We did. The manager was sympathetic and admitted this has been an ONGOING, KNOWN issue with Install Inc., one they claim to have flagged to "leadership" repeatedly. Yet nothing has changed. In the end, we hired someone through Thumbtack to pick up, deliver, and install the dishwasher ourselves -- at a HIGHER COST than the $180 Best Buy was charging. We requested a $120 CREDIT to cover the difference, plus compensation for the enormous waste of time and frustration. WE ARE STILL WAITING! BOTTOM LINE: DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR -- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY THAT NEEDS A DELIVERY/INSTALL. This is NOT THE GEEK SQUAD you remember -- it's a broken, outsourced system with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Buy elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
