Kenny is amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He helped my parents set up their new phones and helped them navigate transferring their numbers from their previous carrier, which was no easy task. He spent many hours on the phone with their previous carrier trying to retrieve their Transfer Pin in order to officially switch to Verizon. This ended up being a two day ordeal. There's no way we could have done that on our own, as we are not tech savvy people at all. I honestly kinda wanted to cry a little bit out of frustration about halfway through day two of dealing with Straight Talk's customer service reps, then trying to port over the number. **Update** Spoke to young man's manager and am confident that coaching will be provided so I raised my star rating.** If I could give them no stars, it would be a compliment. I know Verizon Wireless expects better Customer service from their stores than we received here. Just plain rude young man that needs some coaching. Be careful that they don't add charges that you didn't ask for. Luckily we won't need to deal with them again for awhile and we sure won't go back to this location. read more

Absolute the worst "service" I have ever had. Initial contact with sales guy made me seem as if I was a bother to him. Placed my order on Sunday for an Item that was not in stock. Found out later he added charges to invoice without telling me. Second contact with second employee to pick up product was worse, as he wanted to argue with me...As it turns out, he was the "manager". If I could rate this as zero, I would. I don't appreciate being talked down to, and won't darken their doorway anytime soon. Verizon on line service is so much better, and easier. read more

The employee was watching a sports game on his phone the entire time he helped me. He was dishonest with pricing even though I went over all the prices before ordering a phone. He agreed the phone was $749.99... Once I discovered I was charged $760 for the phone, I called Verizon to cancel the order. I was told I had to call the store to have them cancel the order. When I did, the person who answered told me it was not possible. I would have to wait for them to receive it before they could cancel it. When asked why I wanted to cancel, I told them I was overcharged. The person on the phone didn't understand how I knew, I explained I was looking at my bill on my Verizon app. He told me there was no bill yet... I told him I was looking right at it. It was obvious this upset him as he snapped at me. Told me he would cancel it when it arrived. Well... according to my tracking number. It arrived today. Not only was it not cancelled, but the store did not contact me at all. Terrible customer service and at least one confirmed dishonest employee. read more
