I love this store. Took advantage of free phone when changing providers & had to go to Coliseum Store where Robert didn't set up Auto pay with $10/month savings & didn't explain switching from AT&T. I was having to carry 2 phone & make numerous phone calls. Took almost 6 months to get correct info for paying off old phone. At the time I lived @ Oak Crossing next to the Dupont Store & stopped in where problems were resolved easily. Stopped by again when my I was having problems with Siri & Brandon fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I know from experience I would not have had the same experience @ Coliseum Store where they made me come back 3 times telling me only Robert could transfer info from old phone to new phone. I wasn't comfortable clearing my phone on my own. Dupont Store is much more professional and I appreciate them so much. Thank you Brandon! read more

GO TO COLISEUM LOCATION. NOT HERE. We decided to upgrade our phones with this place. Never again. Dallas stated he would save us $50,a month by doing this one plan. We starts getting charged more... I called and tried talking with him for TWO WEEKS. I called in and waited for a call back, got a call back 3 days later. Dallas says he is going to look into it with sUpervisor and never called back. I kept calling In but he was never available. Finally I got a hold of someone else and they said they would make sure he called me. He stated he never underquotes savings for people so he's not sure what happened. We were able to reverse the plans but pricing is still different for our phones. I'd rather just pay than you have deal with them again. Don't go here. They just screw you. He told us he was on commission and made close to 100k in a year trying to get me to apply for a job. This store claims they are a real Verizon and has screwed my parents out of necessary service on phones, Rolf then on older models claiming they were the newest/latest iPhone, and they are rude when my parents come in to have no-commission issues resolved on the shotty phones they sell them. read more

This store does not let customers know they are only an authorized dealer and charge their own fees on top of Verizon fees. Their store front and employees look as if they are Verizon but they are not. Verizon will not deal with this store claiming it is not them, they will only deal with their corporate store which is a few miles down from this store. Once you buy from here you end up in limbo when you figure all this out. BBB was called on this store and they refuse to deal with the BBB. The Attorney General has to then be contacted. Went here for help when we were having issues with our phone. They gave us a loner and it was not working properly. When we went back for help with it, the staff were not helpful and condescending. You could tell that they were wanting to hurry and take a break because they had food sitting on the counter and were acting like we had "interrupted" them. We won't be going back to this store in the future. read more

This store is terrible! First warning - beware they are not a Verizon wireless store! If you have an issue with them, Verizon will not be able to help you because they consider this a separate company. Also, you will have a minimum of 10-15 minutes for someone to wait on you; I was there 4 times and it was the same each time (the second time I gave up and left). They ordered a cell phone with the wrong memory and since I didn't realize it until I started running out of memory 6 months later. When I called and explained the situation to the manager he said he would "get back to me". Three weeks later I called to follow up and no one knew what I was talking about. Once I finally got an answer it was basically "too bad". MUCH safer going with an official Verizon Wireless store. read more

The customer service at this location sucks. First of all, they probably need to run a store -wide drug test on all the sales people because I am pretty sure most of them are tweaked on cocaine. The guy who helped me seemed anxious and agitated as well as another sales person who kept walking in circles and then running out to his car. I went in to split my data plan between two phones and switch the numbers. The sales guy I got, burned up the SIM card for my old phone and then refused to replace it for free so basically I had to pay for his screw up! He also acted as if he didnt want to give me my receipt after I did pay for a new one. Second, I witnessed several of the sales people be rude to elderly customers and also a delivery man during the time I was there, which by the way took forever because none of them seem to know how to do anything efficiently. Most all of them are worthless and I should have just gone to the Glenbrook location because I probably would have been treated better and not had them burn my card up and then make me pay for a new one. This store hasn't been open long and if it contiues this way I doubt it will be much longer. After reading the other reviews someone from corporate should definitely look into what is going on at this location because to put it frankly it seems like a bunch of ex frat-boy d-bags who dont want to do their jobs.
