Unfortunately, the iPad has never worked the same since. It goes dark automatically/randomly for a second and I have to wiggle it to get it to turn back on. I have brought it back to Kimi twice - the first time he fiddled with the settings, restarted it - I was hopeful, but the problem persisted. The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.

Avoid at all costs I…read morehave an older phone, and decided to get the battery replaced since it was starting to get toward the end of its life. figured I might as well have my slightly cracked screen replaced as well. They told me it would be $180, which was lower than my quote from Apple. I told them to go for it. Keep in mind, this was a perfectly functioning phone when I turned it in. 20 minutes goes by, and the phone is all set. I immediately noticed the screen color was off. they had replaced it with an LED screen instead of the OLED factory style. it would have been nice if they had told me it would be significantly lower resolution and quality. Bummer, but not the end of the world right? Then I went to use the camera to take a picture of something, and it was completely fogged up. somehow there was water inside the lens of the camera. I brought it back, and they insisted that it wasn't their fault. Eventually, one of the techs popped the camera lens off and wiped off the condensation. after he put it back together, the camera went completely haywire. Now it can't focus at all and makes a weird buzzing sound every time I try to open the camera. This shop ruined what was a working phone and now I have to replace the entire device. When I requested a refund, the owner was rude and argumentative. He said he could give me a partial refund if I was willing to let him remove the new screen they had installed, and put my old cracked one on. At this point I was fed up, and told him he could. They removed the new screen and put my old cracked one on, which is now even more cracked from when they had removed it. they did a terrible job with the reinstallation, and the screen does not sit flush on the phone. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

The screen protector cracked a month later, but since my daughter attends school out of state, I waited until she returned to get it replaced. When we finally went back 6 months later, they wanted to charge an additional $12. I was very upset because they initially misled us. Paying $60 upfront for a thin screen protector is not worth it--it felt like a complete rip-off. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and will also contact American Dream Mall about this unethical practice.

Most technical aspects of things go through the Verizon app or hotline, which can make things take a bit longer, but that is not their fault. Deducting a star for two reasons: Customers cutting the queue was frustrating. Store also could not take cash.
