The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!
