His manager and other employees there were great as well. I came in 3 times so I had an experience with each of them. Even on Christmas Eve they were pleasant and helpful. Poor customer service. No idea what they are doing and treat customers as if you are stupid. No courtesy, failure to answer questions accurately. Went to Verizon factory store to get the answers I needed perhaps they are just ignirabt. By the way, prices are higher than the factory store for the same phones. read more

Horrible service. When i walked in i wasn't even greeted. There was one person working and he barely acknowledged me while he played with a phone. Afterwards he gave me a lot of attitude when i was trying to explain my problem and even cut me off while trying to speak. I will never be back to this place. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Two times now we have been lied to when upgrading phones and the discounts that would be applied. Both times we've had to contact customer service because the employees lie, yes you Mr. Terrance, lie about what discounts could be applied and now at billing we've seen it never happened and on contacting him he said he never told us that. On finding out minutes after, Verizons customer service showed a notation in their records about the discount, he is lying, and did indeed note the discount. Both times it was a 2 hr store visit because none of them seem to know what they are doing. Also these guys are not employees of Verizon they are like sub contractors working in Verizon stores. They're difficult to work with and have horrible attitudes. This last visit will be the last time Verizon or any of its non-employees will take advantage of us. The Better Business Bureau and FTC will be contacted on this one. So convenient that you can do it online now people. Stop letting big Corp take advantage and report. read more
