We dealt with Christie Nelson the store manager. She couldn't have done a better job. We hadn't used the 2nd Street location for quite some time because of past differences. However it was a great surprise to find out we can pay monthly bills there now, and tablets were buy one get one free this month. So 2 tablets, a phone, accessories and service for under $300.00. I went in for a tech question and I was surprised to have Sarah greet me right away! She was the most friendly rep I've ever met. She completely understood my issue and got it resolved. She looked up my account and not only got me a new tablet to replace my old kindle but she got me into this new HUM device to keep me safe while I drive. Love this store! read more
