Today, I needed help from a LIVE PERSON so I went to Clio where Tim, a representative, helped me so much. He went above & beyond trying to help me backup my old phone & set up my new. He went out of his way to help me with so much. I had already spent most of the day trying to do this set up that Verizon claimed IS SO EASY... NOT!! By this time I was very frustrated. Tim was the first person that was available to help me when I walked through the doors. I was never so grateful to see a live person in all my life. Don't waste your time and money on this knock-off business - go to the real deal on Miller Road. My father had to visit the store several times just to get a replacement phone--The sales clerks and managers were disrespectful almost every time he tried to get help from this store. If you have aging parents, you hope that people treat them with more respect and are more helpful to them. Now my Dad has a phone from this store, and needs to exchange it because it is defective. This store won't take the phone back because he didn't have the box anymore. An actual Verizon store would have exchanged it - Miller Road store said that this store doesn't need the box to exchange it. We can't get a replacement phone from Miller Road Verizon store because we bought it at this knock off franchise that's unnecessarily rigid in their return policies. Whose right? It doesn't matter because we get to buy another crappy flip phone from Verizon and again get to pay all the fees associated with getting a new crappy phone. They never answer the phone. They are super lazy and talk too much. I went to pick up my phone that was delivered there and the staff tried to tell me that is was never delivered just so they wouldn't have to process it when nobody was even in the store. Had they of answered their phone we would of never just showed up but we got the notification it was delivered from ups. They would of rather us waited until who knows when whenever they decided to call us to let us know our phone was there. We already waited a month for a $1200 phone. I was in the store deciding between two different phones and the representative gave me info on both including his personal experiences with the two. The phone I decided on was out of stock, so the retailer ordered it and I would be able to pick up my phone in the store in a couple of days. The next day I changed my mind on the phone I wanted, but Verizon (not the retailer) locked my line from activating any other phone since I had a pending order. The retailer was able to contact Verizon, cancel the order, and unlock my line so that I could activate the other phone that I really wanted. Very helpful and friendly staff! read more
