The worst verizon experience ever! Spend over $2000 initially only to find out that for example for an iPhone hard case they charge $99 plus installation fees. The list of complaints and issues is very long. I contacted Verizon about the unprofessional behavior at this store and the treatment they give to consumers that have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Unbelievable... after talking to neighbors it turns out that they have a very bad reputation but don't take my word see for yourself!! read more

worst service and experience of my life. Bought the phone online and did EXPRESS pickup in order to avoid the waiting. We opted to set up the phone ourselves to also avoid waiting. Came to pick it up and was told we would have to wait for the 4 other individuals in front of us to choose and order phones whereas all we needed was to be handed the box. Waited for 30 minutes before asking an employee to just quickly give us the phone and verify our ID, we were very very rudely told that we had to wait in line and no one could help us. We asked for a timeline of when we would be helped and was told they had no idea and once again couldn't help us. At this point, we walked out of the store and not one employee tried apologize. The employees at this store have never once been efficient or helpful, this same sort of situation has happened to us and many friends more times than we can could. We spent the day before my daughter's birthday in the Verizon store being treated poorly, not the way I wanted to enjoy time with my daughter. read more

Possibly the worst Customer service I've ever encountered in a Verizon store. The store manager was rude and full of her self. She has trained her staff to sell you a new phone and plan so her lazyness doesn't contact customer support. No kiosk In store so you have to deal with a sales pitch. Plan on waiting a hour since they always have a line. Only to be told I can't help you but I can sell you a new phone and you will have to change your number. Go to the other location in town. read more

Visited this store June 12, 2021 While on vacation my husband's phone broke so we stopped at this store to price his options. They recommended hubby taking my phone because it is relatively new and a new one for me because I'm on the phone all the time. This was good, all going well and the sales person brings out a new Tablet saying it was with the phone package for a small price of less than $20.00. That was all well with us so she starts setting up the Tablet with several apps that I normally visit. Happy camper, Right? NO Today we received a bill with an extra phone and internet charges that we were not expecting. The bill was more than double the normal. After an hour on the phone hubby was able to resolve some of the issues but we'll pay extra for 2 years due to the neglect of the sales clerk to correctly state all the extras and prices. Lesson learned. DO NOT fall for this fraud "freebee" like we did. We reported this to the the main office and plan to contact the Better Business service. read more

Excellent customer service from everyone in the store! Courteous, informative and efficient. The employees all work together and trouble shoot when conflicts. My husband and I switched from Sprint to Verizon and it required contact with corporate Sprint, pins, passwords and security questions. The Verizon staff handled the situation for us and we were relieved not to be stuck on the phone! Highly recommend going to Verizon on 17th Street in Cody WY! Great customer service! read more

I had a worst experience with this store, they did sell me two phone saying each has $250 in credit and when i didn't receive it they told me to go to Samsung because it was Samsung promotion and not Verizon. i went to Samsung and found out this promotion was not available when i purchased the phone. i didn't go back to store because my previous experiences with the stores were bad enough to not waste my time again. read more

Went in to get help on a phone and was told it wouldn't work and was given the run around. We were then told we needed to purchase a different phone. The conversation was then filled with eye rolling, sneering and overall disrespect. We walked out feeling very unsatisfied. We will never again be using this Verizon store and will definitely warn everyone we know about the treatment that we received! read more

My husband and I are not very technology savy. We stoped in to this store to ask a few questions. We worked with Tracie. She was amazing she answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel stupid. She was the friendliest person I have ever met in a Verizon store. Do not go here with your kids!!!!! I asked them to turn music off cuz was filthy rap. Blonde and black haired girl were talking about very inappropriate things.I also heard them say terrible things about their pervious customer. I asked them to tone it down for my children. Black haired girl rolled her eyes was very rude, while she was "helping me" she kept sighing and rasing her voice when I asked her to clarify something. I have never had such a bad experience she made me feel like an idiot the way she talked down to me. She refused to give me a way to contact her manager so I am using a public forum instead. I have told everyone I know on facebook and twitter as well to stay away from this place. If you want to be treated like a human being, find a different Verizon store. read more
