They stole my trade in and wouldn't return it. Not trustworthy or honest. Avoid like the plaque.

Someone in this store allowed a customer to purchase over $900 worth of merchandise in my name. My name was forged on the receipt. I live in South Carolina and don't know anyone in Dublin Georgia. Here in South Carolina when I want to purchase something from a Verizon store I have to show a picture I'd. Apparently the manager of this store doesn't train his people very well or require them to check ids. Thisisn't good business practice . Thank goodness they have a fraud department. I would love to find out who purchased the phones and press charges for forgery. read more

Their salesmen are not very knowledgeable about what they are selling. The first salesman told me I would have to buy iPhone 7's because they don't transfer anything less. Then I was told I would get two $200 VISA cards for bringing our iPhone 6's to Verizon only to be told they did the transaction wrong and we don't qualify. Then the salesman told me I wasn't signing a two year contract because they don't do contracts anymore. Because service was essentially non existent at my home (which I asked if they had a booster or something to help) I was forced to change service and they are now insisting I pay a cancellation fee of $175. read more

I went into to ask some pretty simple questions because I wanted to buy a new phone, I knew what I wanted in a phone, I ran in there to ask two questions. One question I was going ask the staff members was into relation to RAM capabilities of the Samsung Galaxy Edge Vs the Edge +. I spend 30 minutes waiting for the staff member to come back to give me an answer to what I thought was a simple answer. The Store in Macon is WAY better and has MUCH better Customer service and is values its customers time a bit more, much better manager! read more
