Horrible service! 9 year customer and asked to change out my android phone to a iphone due to being hacked. Lady asked to see my identification so I gave her my license and phone number. She immediately told me she could not help me and I was not on the account. Asked to speak to the manager and he didn't even look at the account but said he couldn't do anything. I called the corporate office and confirmed that I was indeed listed on the account. I'm a veteran and understand that my service included protecting people with an agenda of hate but I don't have to like it and will call it out for what it is.
