    Slow speed, techs who cant read addresses, overpriced, outdated equipment, never upgrade, been…read moreover 30 years since I seen any cable or fiber upgrades. Random disconnections because techs cant read addresses, will cost you way more money than a monthly payment for appointments because you lost wages waiting for them, customer service is a joke, they have no options for disabled (blind deaf mute) in service menu, constantly raise prices including for upgrades they never actually give you. My latest disconnected service, they were still in area when I contacted them, they literally were on the pole disconnecting my service for no reason but I had to wait 2 days to turn it back on. I paid monthly for 30 years all the way back to TW roadrunner first launched. Yet twice I was disconnected without any reason, just because, and spent im rounding down but over 24 or more hours each time on phone getting excuses each time. No reimbursement nothing, I had to purchase my own modem when they refuse to honor their own agreement of replacement at regular intervals. This company needs a civil action m lawsuit for a few billion dollars for the horrible lies and misleading advertising and down time directly caused by their own incompetence.

Unfortunately we have already cancelled our service and when I returned our supplies she was the one to help. She rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in the door and was very very disrespectful. She wouldn't answer any of my billing related questions and kept telling me "just sign the receipt" before telling me what I was signing. I asked 4 times before she said it was just for the equipment and not even bill related. I will never go back to this location if I'm in need of service again because of how we were treated.

    I first started cable service 40 years ago. For 35 of those 40 years I have had Time Warner (in…read moreseveral different locations in PA, OH, NY and DE. Over the years I have made excuses for them and defended them many times. NO MORE! When I first moved to Ohio I had to wait 2 full weeks for TWC to install our service. Perhaps I should have considered that a warning. Over the last 4 years we have experienced service interruptions of all 3 services (home telephone, cable and internet) at different times. The last several times were for internet problems. Each time the tech came, they said the problem was our wireless router, I replaced it twice and continued with the same problems. We often went weeks (sometimes months) without a single day of full service: in other words, each day we needed to reset the modem or router (or both) to get internet back! Our phone has been non-functional for months and I finally decided to upgrade our service to the enhanced DVR and faster internet and was delighted when the CSR said I would actually SAVE $80+ per month! Ah, but then the catch! Usually the tech shows up after the time allotted but I am always so ready for help that I never complained. But tonight I was told they would be here between 5-6 PM. I actually got a new cell phone because I have had trouble with mine and they emphasized I needed to answer when they call before coming to the house. At 5.06 they called, I grabbed the wrong phone and, after 4 rings they apparently hung up. I immediately hit redial and ... it went to the Corporate Voice Mail system, I had to jump through hoops for at least 5 minutes before I could speak to a CSR. I explained the problem and asked (no, begged!) her to inform the tech I was waiting, Checking his notes, he claimed he had come to the door but I did not answer. The problem is that there is a sign on my door (in red) informing people that the door bell does not work and asking them to pound on the door and give me a few minutes to answer (I am mobility impaired). There is NO WAY they pounded on the door. By 5.14 I pleaded for the CSR to contact the tech and let him know I was waiting, She said that their rules are that they don't come back after 5. Now, please note, they did not even call till after that! The thing that really angers and saddens me is that I have defended TWC (even did customer testimonial commercials) over the years. I realize why so many people hate Time Warner, They just don;t seem to care about the customer. After decades of both enjoying and "putting up with" Time Warner Cable's horrible customer service, guess it is time to call DISH.     The internet itself was good. In the 5+ years I had it, I had no issues. The customer service is…read moreterrible. You first have to go through a computer AI support (terrible) before you can get to a human, which is based overseas. They struggled to understand me making me repeat myself multiple times. There response time and handling of service requests is also terrible. I was recently having work done on the outside of my house and the wire was accidentally cut. I had to wait 6 days to get someone out to repair it. I wasn't happy but it was my fault but luckily the contractor was able to splice it so I still had Internet. They came out, "fixed" it and left. An hour later, the internet still had not come back up so I called. I was told I'd have to wait another 6 days before they could come back out and try again. IMO the service tech should not have left until confirming it was working that failing they should have made me a priority since it was their failure. I understand employee shortages but their are methods of putting schedules together to bake in time for high priority calls. Needless to say I found another provider that was able to squeeze me in 2 days later.

That my home # is my caller I.D and 1 of them out of the 5 told me his employee number as my caller I.D. . Slap them silly and call me crazy! The other you wanna know how that went? Well one put me on hold for 45 mins. The other she did know 89% of what she was talking about but after we parted ways it all went South. Nothing she told me to do was on my tv. No channel 9900, also the new updated direct equipment doesn't have the caller I.D app Honestly these are overseas call centers or they are here on a visa Work program. What's not acceptable is they get paid for not being trained and putting us on hold until we hang up. They know wtf they are doing. Does the company?
