They must think because they talk fast & very ABRUPTLY that they are being efficient. Not so! It is not only annoying but makes you feel like they are stressed or being bothered by having to deal with you. During my recent appointment, the only two staff members who actually acted in a pleasant manner were the OD I saw & the lady who checked me out. This staff is in much need of "customer service" training--------this is not Mc Donald's!!~~!!!!

The first thing Monday morning they called and got me in immediately with Dr. Moyer! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice and especially about Dr. Moyer! Then after I got the glasses I got billed again for something extra that Medicare doesn't cover or my insurance. Then I noticed a financial charge on the original one that had a finance charge of over $10??? I would definitely advise anyone who goes to Finley optometry clinics in any city(this one was in Willard) to go through the written, typed, bill with a fine tooth comb in Great Detail. I was Not Aware About the Willard Optometry place being connected with Finley optometry clinic???
