I wish you could put a negative star review. this is for the store and the company. I transferred from ATT to Verizon showed up at the store and the sales rep had no clue about any promos or even line discount and had to constantly walk to the back for answers. there are at least 7 Verizon employees working but only two were helping customers. our rep messed everything on the account up resulting in me having to call and fix everything. we wait 20 mins before confronting her and her telling me we are good to go which we weren't. I also told her I didn't want the device protection plan but it was added to my account anyways. lastly the bill she showed me isn't even in the same price range as my actual bill. now I've spent the last 2 days trying to fix everything and get both my lines up and working. This store is absolute dumpster fire of a store and Verizon should send someone to come retrain these employees. read more

This store has terrible customer service. Try to talk to rep and they ignore you while looking for something on their tablet not sure what. We ask for the newest promo and we get the response that we don't qualify because we are not in contact anymore we paid off our phones. So rep says you can get these phones but your plan will go up the price of each phone. Who in their right mind is going to do that? So instead of trying to find something that will work for us he walked away. WTH really. So now going to go online and order the phones we went their to get and amazingly enough our plan isn't going up. Just don't get it read more

Usually I never go here, haven't been in a long time because they were too pushy and just wanted to make a sale. Stopped in today to pay a bill, associate lie to me about another product and told me it wouldn't cost anything monthly, turned out she lied directly to my face. Trying to return it the same day unopened, associate said there would be a restocking fee. It must be nice to lie to customers and once they find out the truth the same day you want money to return it. How about I want money for you being a terrible sales person who can only make a sale with a lie! Great training and knowledge..not. I will never go here again and I suggest the same to everyone else! read more

My wife and I wanted a smart phone with data for my son who was going to college. We compared with ATT and Verizon was just a little more so we stayed with them . The salesman at the store said that our bill was going to be around $174.00 my wife said are you sure and he said yes around $174.00. When we got our first bill it was just over 300.00 the salesman at the the store did not explain a number of things and he misquoted our monthly charge. We should have switched to ATT, now we are in a contract. Be wary of this location and Verizon wireless in particular. read more

Got to know the associates at this location by stopping by from time to time whenever no customers were there and promptly left when one arrived never interfering with sales. I'm a disabled veteran on oxygen on a small fixed income and wanted to purchase an iPhone locally and support our community even though Amazon doesn't charge sales tax thus is cheaper. After buying my iPhone locally and signing a two year contract with Verizon at their urging I purchased their Protect Cell insurance unaware of the costly deductible until a young man at the bus stop told me about the cost of the deductible. When I canceled the insurance and came to the store to get my money back I told the salesperson that my bank just renewed my Visa card and all they did was extend my "Good through" date, same card & numbers. I have to carry a heavy oxygen cylinder and he still insisted I go find an ATM and bring him proof the card was good before he would give me my refund. After doing that when I returned to the store he was "busy" with another customer while my oxygen tank emptied for 21 more minutes he finally took 10 seconds and swiped my card. Since I am limited to the time I can spend at the Mall and I have to catch 2 buses to get home, which he knew, I still thanked him for our very LAST encounter. Buyer beware. read more
