He didn't give up and his GM supported the time it took to resolve the issues we were having. I will never purchase a cell phone elsewhere, definitely not even from my carrier. The customer service I received today was amazing. I work in customer service so I get how frustrating it can be. Both remained friendly and Aaron kept me informed of the whole process. His customer service skills and knowledge was extraordinary. A situation that could been complete misery had me leaving the store with a smile on my face and confident in the service team at my local Best Buy.

They came out a second time free of charge to redo my carpets and baseboards. I was still unhappy and the carpets were still dirty. But I will be giving them my business in the future because when I called explaining my dissatisfaction with the carpets and asked for my money back the general manager went above and beyond. He refunded me for carpets and residential cleaning, which I hadn't even asked for, and offered free of charge to do my carpets a third time. I explained I had already done them myself and the house is a mess with boxes from literally just moving in. He offered me a fifty dollar gift card for my future services! And he really listened to what i was unhappy about and told me his plan to help correct this from happening again. I just worked at this company for three months. The quality control person and the maintenance…read morepeople can do whatever they want, meaning they can use their phones on the floor but if a press operator or assembly person does they get scolded for it. I know they can do whatever they want because I've seen them on their phones repeatedly. The owner also walks around on his phone. My mother was put in the hospital in ICU and I was put in a group message with my sister and aunts and when I tried to respond the secretary came out telling me to get off my phone within seconds. Twice. The day my mother was getting out of the hospital ( 2 1/2 weeks later) I was responding to my sister's messages and the Quality Control person (who was on her phone with her daughter that day in front of me) tried writing me up and said if I'm "caught" again I'm terminated lol I quit on the spot. It's rules for thee but not for me at this company. It states right in the employee handbook that you have to punch out if you leave the building for lunch but the secretary and the quality control girl just leave without punching out and they do it right in front of other employees. I have never been absent in the three months that I worked at this company. I have never even been late to work when I worked for this company. There is only one other employee there that hasn't missed a day in the 90 days that I worked there.The quality girl was absent at least 5 times in the 3 month period. I was also told by other employees that she was so mean to the last quality girl that she quit. And she did it on purpose so she could have her job. WOW I am a 50 year old adult woman who knows right from wrong. If I work at a company for eight hours a day and spend five minutes of my day texting that's my business. oh well they lost a good employee in me they can't even keep employees and they're gonna hassle people about using their phone for a minute. not only that the secretary gets off of her butt and comes out and tells people to stop talking lol STOP TALKING??? I would like to add that the maintenance people and the owner congregate in the same area and talk and talk and talk lol she has even told people to turn the radio down ha ha that's not a good way to get people to stay working for you.
