The start of my day was a nightmare; something we all fear. My iPhone was malfunctioning and it wasn't clear what was wrong(no broken screen, all current updates, etc). The sales Rep Devin Drummond spent several hours with me trying to trouble shoot the issue, but it resulted in me purchasing the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. He then spent well over an hour helping me set up the new phone, transfer all the info, and even helped me set up the charger and stand for my car. If I could give him a higher rating than a 5 I would and it would be well deserved. read more

I would have given it a 1 star but I do like Verizon If you go into this store talk to anyone BUT Jennifer pchelka I wanted an iPhone X s and was looking at them and she brought out a box which I assumed was an S but it was a plain iPhone X which I didn't realize til I got home with the phone(talk about assuming something making an ass out of me)so I am paying 900$ for a phone that apple doesn't even sell any more. I've had quite the opposite experience as posted previously by Johny O. I've been in the store on 2 separate occasions. The first was for help understanding my bill, the sales rep took much of her time figuring out and explaining every detail to me until I understood every single charge on it. Secondly I went in to purchase a phone which I had been researching and actually cost $50 less than the "other" store!
