So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing to do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Poor customer service. Rude and dishonest regarding discounts for Essential Medical Workers at Gadsden Regional Hospital. Verizon is required to provide discount of a percentage to required Essential Workers but I was recently made aware that they have not been giving CHS Employees their discount. Changing to Spectrum $40 per liner unlimited data, text and talk. Sure beats $75 per line read more
