I signed up for a service couple of years ago and the Wi-Fi router signal was horrific. And now it's taking me almost 6 or seven months to try and get out of my account. I would recommend everyone not used and use T-Mobile instead. is a nightmare for customer experience this store overall is OK but they're just facilitating some awful business practices and miserable customer experiences. read more

I went in to get an iPhone 16 and he told me I couldn't. The Asian man told me I could only get an iPhone 13 and a Samsung a16 or I could get 2 Samsung a16. after deciding to do the iPhone he said I could get the iPhone 15. The person Lei, was rude and trying to hustle me and stated false Information. I went to add international to a line and he literally took my phone and said he's pre order a new Iphone 16! I don't even want that then he stated it would be $100 dollars a month more for international calling and no military discount. I left went on my Verizon App had a callback lined up for a rep, was able to add international unlimited with military discount for $10 more a month added to our sons line. an I canceled the new phone order. second time with a horrible experience shame on me for going back. read more

Handy location by the cabin however not helpful if you have a problem. Got a jet pack here for WiFi and if began to malfunction a few months later so i came in to town to get it replaced and was sent out of the store to call Verizon myself. This location only takes things or addresses problems within 14 days. Ended up having to do a by mail Verizon switch which means an extra trip up here to take care of things and a delay in restoring access. A real Verizon store like the ones I've dealt with before would be able to deal with equipment problems on site. read more

Lei, the rep, is knowledgeable, however, he is impatient and a hustler and sold accessories I didn't need. None of the accessories are shown with a price tag hanging in the store, which should have been a clue. He, Lei, took off various accessories from the racks, without asking if I wanted, informing me I need them. They were all over priced and I could have purchased easily else where. He informed me I needed a new charger and cord for the iphone 13 as the one I had for the iphone 12 wouldn't work. Later found out that was not true. I paid over $300 for the accessories HE chose. I definitely feel I was taken advantage of and hope I never again have a problem with a phone while in Hayward, WI. read more

The camera on my husband's Samsung abruptly stopped working so he stopped by this dealer to get some help. The phone is two years old. They had no interest in helping him, just in pointing out the great deals they had on a new phone. He left disgusted. I googled the phone and the problem "camera stopped working". There was a site with detailed instructions with a very quick fix. " delete the cache and data" in the camera app. Bingo it is working just fine. The only reason to go to this store is to buy a new phone, alas, we won't be giving them our business for that either. They don't deserve our business. Previously when a local person owned the phone and computer store, they were most helpful and had a real guru who worked with phones. If you aren't going to provide service, there is no reason to purchase from you. read more

This Verizon store is always exceptionally busy but they always do the best they can to multitask and address all concerns. Nathan has always gone above and beyond for me and even calls back to make sure all went ok and if I had any questions. The staff is super knowledgeable and it is a great atmosphere! I entered the "Varizon" store with my Apple 5s iPhone not working on the phone section of the device. All else worked OK. I was told by the clerk that my Apple 5S was no longer supported by Varizon and that I needed a new phone.Did that mean that Varizon cut service to all 5S phones or did the phone just not work? I never saw the clerk attempt to contact Varizon and inquire if their data to my phone was correct. I was then told that I was a pre-paid customer. As such I must accept a total package if I wished to purchase a new phone. I agreed to buy a package to get a new phone. What I did NOT know was that a WALMART was a mile away . I could have purchased the same phone for $250. and no (PACKAGE). With the package I ended up with a bill of $669.94 for an iPhone SE. I discovered that the store was Varizon authorized dealer called VICTRA. MY advice, keep it simple and go directly to a WALMART and you will be well rewarded. The problem here was that I was in a small town and looked only at the Varizon sign. read more
