I went in to replace the screen protector for my Verizon phone - when I bought the phone they insisted on the screen protector and said if anything happens, just bring it in for a replacement... the guy today said he could only sell me a new one and that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to contact the manufacture, Zappa or something. He did not help with information - basically walked away. I found it very rude. Their customer loyalty seems to vanish after the sale. So sad. ---- I have found Verizon sale people to stretch the truth to make the sale - and not follow through with commitment. "Stream movies, you have Beyond Unlimited Data" translates to: "you can stream about a movie a week, likely less if you use any other data" - and Verizon should advertise "Very Limited Unlimited Data" - the rest is false. ---- I see that Verizon responded - but offered no help with the screen protector. I came in to the store to purchase a new phone. I had had excellent service in the past. I gave my budget to the gentleman helping me and said I needed to stay within this range. He said he could help me. He found me a phone and plan for $120 a month. Could I possibly pay $20 more and get unlimited everything to avoid overages. I thought I could make it work. He told me that there were some up front charges and the bill would look bad at first but it would go back to $140 after the first month. It did not. The bill was $220. If I would have known the bill was that expensive I would have said no. He put me in a financial bind for a year. read more

Zero stars in actuality. Although the people there are kind, to some degree. They are utterly incompetent with the only ability to take money. They know nothing other than the phrases; "It's broken. I can sell you a new one." and, "I'm sorry but tech support was wrong to send you here." We stopped in this Verizon authorized dealer to buy two new phones. Woman takes our name and says we're next. She goes into the back room and never returns. Meanwhile there are seven people working in the store and three customers. Two people were doubled up helping people wth? One of the customers was really ticked at the store help. Finally after 20 minutes I walked up and said can someone helps us? They sent out a kid who knew nothing and couldn't even get on the system. We walked out and will never return. Wow, it was like the twilight zone. We will now go online and help ourselves. Anyone looking for a phone should stay away from this "authorized dealer". The management is the problem with this store. Not just immediate management but the area manager as well. The associates are nice and polite enough, but anyone with authority there thinks they can talk down on anyone and everyone, staff and customers alike. Reporting them to Verizon directly does absolutely nothing, and the management will do anything in their power to retaliate against you for reporting them. If Verizon wants to ACTUALLY fix the problem, they would fire the management, and get managers in there that actually had people skills, maybe they wouldn't be so horribly rated on every platform. read more

If I could give less than a star, I would I went in there, and after showing them that I am the account manager, they continued to tell me I was not able to access my account. I did, however go back to my car order the phone I wanted on my phone and within five minutes they had packaged up my phone and put it in a locker for me to pick up. I will never go there to ask for assistance. It doesn't make sense that I can order a brand new phone on my personal phone, but cannot access my account when I go in there by the way, they were not busy. read more

There is no lessor rating to give, then a one star. Verizon? Summed up in a few words. "Unethical" practices, "lies" and "deception". They advertise "Unlimited" which, technically is true, but what they fail to tell all customers, is they have a cap on your "unlimited" data, and when you meet that small cap limit, they scale, or THROTTLE BACK your services to LESS THEN DIAL-UP!!! They throttle back your services back to the original slowest internet known to man kind. Truthfully, it is even slower then dial-up if you talk to an honest Verizon technician. Imagine that. You want to watch a YouTube video? Only one or two movies and you are ALREADY over your limit. Yes. That is the way they sell this lemon. You want to check your email? slow going. You will wait for several minutes just to watch a 5 second video to download under these conditions. Seriously. LEAVE VERIZON GUYS!!! Go try another service provider that has NO contract. Verizon? I have had decent help in the past, but my recent experience was so awful I made the switch to T Mobile. Sales associate was not interested in the issue and actually blamed me. She would roll her eyes and sigh deeply when I was explaining the problem. As I was leaving she waited until she thought I was out of ear shot and said under her breath, "Well that was you get." At which point I turned around walked up to her and asked for a manager. Arrogant, smug and most worthless is what I would describe her as a sales associate and it would be smart for her to work somewhere not in contact with customers. Think twice before buying services from this store. I purchased a cell phone from this Verizon store on 8/20/15 and the salesman recommended me to buy the Verizon Plan Small 1GB plan for $50 per month with no activation fee. On 8/25/15, i received a bill $101.32 which is about twice what he said. I called Verizon customer services but was advised to talk with the store manager - Josh, which I did. Josh said i need to talk with the salesman - Ryan. I called Ryan many times and left messages, but he never returned my phone calls. read more

Poor customer service in this store! I will never shop this store again! I purchased a new phone and traded in my old phone. 6 weeks later the trade in amount of $102 was added back to my bill because the store did not send it back. When I addressed this with the manager, he stated they conduct over 200 transactions a day and this NEVER happens. They would not refund me trade in amount. FORTUNATELY, I addressed this on the Verizon website. Guess what?!--- The phone made to Verizon on April 7. But the manager at the store made me feel stupid. Verizon is refunding me the full amount. I love this store......and it is not usually a place anyone wants to go...kind of like the DMV. But every time I need help, they are efficient, kind and sooooo easy to work with. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Verizon, and could not accomplish what took 15 minutes from the staff who actually care about your business. I do recommend making an appointment, they are always really busy. I just can't say enough good things about the folks who work there. read more

This store is really hit or miss for customer service. They've now sold me the wrong case for my phone two times. I'm so sick of arguing with them when I go in there, none of them seem to understand that the galaxy 6 edge phones cannot use the regular galaxy 6 cases so I'm sitting here with an unprotected phone waiting for a case on back order from Amazon and I'm out $50 because if I try to go return the last case they'll just stand that and tell me it's compatible with my phone and I shouldn't be having any issues. I would rather flush $50 down the toilet than go in and deal with them again, that's the point I have sunk to lol! read more

Garbage service! If you can even call it service. First they don't even have the phone in stock and it is WAITING TO BE SCANNED IN which takes 5-7 minutes MAX. Instead they tell me to wait for 30 minutes... Fine, I wait 45 minutes and then they tell me they won't scan it in until later in the day or the next day. If I wasn't required to have Verizon, I wouldn't deal with there nonsense. Nice to see that my 15 years of being a loyal customer is really paying off. AVOID Verizon AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

Very poor customer service! Too bad I can give it 0 star. I went in hoping to switch to Verizon, but stood there for about 10 minutes and no one came to help me. There were 3 employees there. One was with a customer, one was on the phone, and the other one was taping a box. It seemed that taping a box was more important than helping a customer. I walked out and they didn't even care.
