Meaning being without a phone for up to a week. Um this is 2018. Phone is for work and only personal phone, plus I'm about to move cross country, so no way is this an option. He told me that there were some up front charges and the bill would look bad at first but it would go back to $140 after the first month. It did not. The bill was $220. If I would have known the bill was that expensive I would have said no. He put me in a financial bind for a year.
