Yikes! This place was so bad, it is hard to believe it is being rated on Yelp! at all.. This is not even a truly verified Verizon retailer! This ramshackle narrow office is full of discarded, overpriced, scrounged, barely sellable inventory. Not to mention that the staff is hard of hearing and does not seem to want to make an effort to retain customers.. This shanty-shop was totally sold out of chargers and charging cables in a state in which these items are sorely searched for and NOT found. All they had at this place was a 35-foot charging cable. THIRTY FIVE FEET!? After being waffled into a purchase we ended up returning this cheap heap of junk the very next day (not made in the U.S.A.) with a cable long enough to charge a small boat! This shop is co-owned by a 'property managers who owns all the other shops in this little mall: so you ARE NOT supporting a 'local business' at all! Locals do not like this property owner, either. Avoid this store at all costs. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Cody the store manager threatened to have Law Enforcement go after me after he had an error happen during an exchange. Aaron Rupp the District Manager will not participate in any conversation that is documentable because he doesn't want proof of conversation. Kris Bertagnolli the District Sales Manager refuses to answer any sort of contact. The management in this company is a disgrace to what any company that handles customer service should be. Today my wife and I had to visit this store, with much of trepidation I went. This was after I swore I would never visit that store again... frankly I was shocked at the level of service we received. I recently switched from AT&T and couldn't be happier. Brandon at the Driggs Verizon store has been more than helpful with any questions I have had about my new phone and is really knowledgeable with other customers when I'm in the store. Going to other cell phone stores was a chore until I discovered the one in Driggs, best one I've ever been to! I highly recommend checking this store out! read more

This is a really great store. They have a lot of options. My first time I went in and I spoke to Brandon. DO NOT talk to him. You will have a very unpleasant experience. He was very rude and acted like what I had to say wasn't important. When I had a question he would give me very short answers and was very rude about it. The next time I went in, I talked to Nathan and he was so great, he treated me with such respect and answered my questions with no problem. He helped me with the problem that I was having in an effective amount of time and never once was short with me or made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Brandon needs to be fired and find a job where he doesn't have to deal with a person face to face. He gave awful service. Definitely go see Nathan. read more
