Had the worst customer service experience. Literally couldn't help me with my service plan and only got my phone upgraded to the 11 pro but they couldn't transfer my contacts over. I thought I was pretty much done with Verizon but this store restored what little faith that I had coming from a terrible experience at the Main Verizon location in Kearney. Just terrible. First I was ill advised to add the jetpack to my line. Did not work well. Removed it from my bill and tried to return it and they said they had to wait for their manager to call them. Waited a few days and called back and they said that since I took it off my bill they can't return it because it says it's not on the account. I told them I still have all of the receipts and there has to be a way that they can see I had it on my bill. Why would I lie about something like that? Then they hung up on me. Absolutely would NOT recommend going there. read more

The manager is a thief. Sells you products you don't want. Won't give you a receipt. Won't let you return anything when the bill comes and you actually see what things cost. Avoid this store. read more
