Got a call to come in the next day saying they were there which they were not when I got there. Came in the next week because I was out of town and got it turned in to get fixed, took 2 hours then picked it up. It looked fixed so I did not try the camera until I got back home and it still looked cracked on the app. So I went back and told them it was still showing a crack on camera and they basically said that they did not check to see if the lens was cracked and handed it back to me before they actually did. Subpar service making me come there and back a bunch of times and not checking to see if it was actually fixed and have to go back again since they did not have the lens. The work itself looks good, the camera cover and backglass look brand new, but I would see if there were better options for service just based off the communication and attention to detail itself.

I waited 6+ weeks for the screens to come in. This branch seems to prioritize items at snails pace. I also found this branch to be quite unprofessional. If you cannot reach anyone via phone the mailbox is full and no messages can be left. I had to be very proactive and drop by once a week to check on the status; only to be told the parts were backlogged for another week. I finally gave up and returned to my provider to switch my phone out for a different brand.

I called back and my call went to voicemail where I gave the correct model of my watch so that the correct face could be ordered. Several days went by and I did not hear back. I called back and was informed that they ordered the incorrect face for the watch. They didn't get my voicemail because, "the voicemail isn't set up on the phone." They ordered the correct face and I had to wait another week for it to arrive before they could repair my watch.
