Stopped in on the 28th for a new phone. My fellow wasn't very helpful...maybe... off-putting matter of factly?... My mom stopped in yesterday "I had the same guy that helped you, I didn't like him... he was dismissive" That's the word... he was dismissive. Considering we had to sit there for nearly an hour while he helped a family of four all getting new phones I expected a little better. Wasn't very helpful in helping me set up the new phone; didn't show me anything to do, basically just gave me the phone. He told me to do the survey on how he helped me today...my thought was: you're going to regret that. His customer service, maybe bedside manner(?) were lacking. ZERO STARS..... Thursday, June 27, 2024 was my second visit to BeMobile Verizon in three day for the purpose of purchasing a camera guard for my phone. My first visit, I turned around and walked out after seeing a queue of at least five people. Yesterday, there were two staff - one person assisting a customer and the second, assisting a customer and trying to greet new customers and manage the queue. With one customer ahead of me, it took 1.5 hrs to purchase a $15 accessory for my phone and have it applied. The demand for services grossly outweighs the supply of sales/support staff. To the owners of this franchise, you really need to do better. I prefer to support local business, but the next time I need something for my phone, I'll source from Amazon or an Apple Store read more

Verizon - Gadget guard, camera protector - Mobile Phones Near Me - La Crosse, Wisconsin

I recently went to the BMobile store in La Crosse, WI. My intent was to purchase a new iphone and ipad. While the store associates were all very nice and helpful, I was repeatedly given incorrect information and had to make several useless visits to the store (I live 20 miles away). On May 5, 2021 I stopped at the store and ordered an iPhone SE and an iPad. As these were not in stock I had to have them ordered. I was told that the phone would be in later in the week and the iPad the following week. I called a few days later and was told that the phone was in and I could come and pick it up. I drove into town but when they brought the phone out I was told I couldn't have it until the iPad came in. Why wasn't I told that when I called?!!! They contacted someone but could not give me an answer at that time so I left with no iPhone. The next week I called several times and was told I'd get a call back but never did until I called again a few days later and was told I could get the phone without the iPad. So on May 11 I got the phone and was told I'd get a call when the iPad came in. Yesterday, the 25th, I finally was contacted that the iPad was in and today I went to pick it up. Before I signed anything I went through the charges and fees. I wanted to confirm that the additional monthly cost for the cellular services would be $5, which is what I was told when I ordered it, AND I confirmed that amount when I picked up the iPhone. Today they told me it was $20! So I declined to get the iPad and left. Another wasted trip into town. I will never again use the BMobile store and will certainly share my experience with other Verizon uses and post an online review. An incredible waste of time. Train your employees better! read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Very dishonest. Purchased a Gizmo watch for my daughter. Dealt with Ian through the entire process. He was great initially, but once he got the sale that all changed. I was told there would be no fees beyond what I paid in the store that day and then my monthly bill of $27 and change each month. Much to my surprise my first bill was over $72! I called the store and after explaining why I was calling I was told Ian wasn't available but they would give him a message to call me. Two days later I still hadn't gotten a call back so I called again. Once again I was told he wasn't available but this time I told them that if I didn't have a call back that day my next step would be to contact the store owner. I got a call back later that evening, and even though he admitted he told me what he did, he wasn't sure he could do anything about it but would look into it and call me back. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. Apparently they'll tell you whatever it takes to get the sale. Rather than taking more of my time trying to get them to right their wrong, I'm going to make sure I share my experience everywhere I can so others don't get taken like I did. read more
