Wow! Bee and Zack are so helpful! They are under staffed so if there's a line you're going to wait a while... The facility was very clean and well stocked. We stopped by just as this location opened and thank goodness. We caught Bee as her first customers of the day. She was so polite getting to know what phone we were looking for, what type of plan we needed, and reviewed all the trade in options. She helped select the proper plan for a new line, then she reviewed our current plans looking for any wasted features we weren't using. Bee'ing a parent herself, she helped us set up parental controls on the new line. Several folks started lining up but thankfully Zack's shift started and he started helping next in line quickly. What a joke. These people are scammers! Kiara was the employee that helped me. First, not welcoming. Second, didn't care what the hell I wanted. All she cared as if I was going to buy something instead of working with me to know what was best. She spoke to me as if she wanted me to hurry and get out. I wanted an iPhone 14. She never asked me if I wanted to buy a case or screen protector and a camera lense case.... She opened all of those objects and put them on my phone before I even acknowledged that I wanted them. She didn't ask me if I wanted them and expected me to pay $160 the crap I didn't ask for. I asked for a phone not the extra crap. I had to pay $264, I asked her why, she only said "taxes and fees". My taxes and fees we only 100! I had to spend an extra $160. She was a liar and a scammer.. I can't believe these people even have jobs. She also gave me the wrong plan. Wthell. read more

I went to this location with what should have been a simple request, however I was met with opposition. I felt I was given opinions vs facts that could have actually resolved the matter. Initially, I was told I had to wait 30 days to resolve my concern based off a similar experience the staff member had with another customer a few days prior. That customer experience didn't apply to me. Long story short, all information provided by this location was inaccurate. I left this location with no resolution. I'm grateful I was able to contact Verizon 1-800 customer who resolved all of my concerns swiftly with no issues. As a learning tool, as authorized dealers, I would recommend contacting Verizon directly to verify before telling a customer there is not much they can do to assist. read more

Do better. You set your employees up for failure by only having one on shift at once with multiple customers. 6 different customers waited in line for 2 hours for a simple service. Your employees have to bear the burden of dealing with disgruntled customers because of this. Do better or hire someone who can actually run the store better. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and lack of integrity. I was very disappointed with my service and the products I received. Even when they know that one of their employees made a mistake, they choose not to fix matters. They are more concerned with making $20 instead of keeping a loyal customer of 10+ years. Management expresses no desire to fix a mistake made by one of their employees. Resolution is not even a thought for them. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Go to a corporate store where you can at least speak to a customer service representative on the phone when you feel the service you received is terrible. Go wireless of Locust Grove, you make it difficult for one to support small businesses with your lack of concern for loyal customers. read more
