    Mohammed was awesome! Super helpful, very informative, and saved us a lot of money. Great customer service, Verizon is lucky to have him.

    Xfinity is absolutely the worst Internet provider. It first started when bandit signs were put into…read moreour neighborhood, saying Xfinity was available. They came and installed all the equipment, only to be told by a manager that it was not available in our area. After approximately a week, they were able to run a line to our property. The rest of the problem was loss of Internet twice, and took several days to get it fixed. Thirdly when they came to bury the lines, they buried them approximately one inch below the surface of the ground. With a recent rainstorm, it washed over the top of it, exposing them. We have now called several times trying to get it reburied and appointments are made, but they never keep them. We still have exposed lines and at this point, I am ready to rip out, all the Xfinity equipment. Also, when they ran the lines, they had to do this twice because they hooked up a deadline. When they came and ran a second line that was active. My wife asked them to dispose of the fiber optic cable. The installer gathered up approximately 400 to 600 feet of fiber optic cable and then threw it into the back of my property, which I found days later. I spoke to the salesman that we were dealing with and told him about and he said it would be taken care of. It never got picked up and I ended up having to drag it out to the street and throw it in the drainage ditch. They have the worst communication, funny they're communication company, no follow up and they do not keep their promises. If you have other than Xfinity available in your area, I would use them first. As I'm writing this, my wife is dealing with Xfinity on the phone. She has had to explain the reason for the call three times now and has asked for a supervisor. She gets put on hold and then another employee picks up and asks what the problem is. They do not understand when you ask for a supervisor. I will be filing an FCC complaint along with the Better Business Bureau.

Boy was I wrong today, on a Monday, the gentleman greeted 3 customers in a row and got all of our names and promised to get us taken care of shortly. He invited us to have a seat and our name will be called. I sat down and swear 1 minute later I was called. Quick scan of equipment, the clerk inquired of whether they spoke to me about wireless. I said yes and not yet. He said fine and gave me my receipt and sent me on my way. This makes me want to consider switching to them because of this experience. Blown away! And I am a former manager for a wireless company, compliments are earned in this business and I am awarding one to Xfinity today!

Was it perhaps me returning my equipment? I'm done with Xfinity. I no longer want to participate with a company that hides behind automated, canned messages. They are in it to take your money and not provide personalized assistance. It's very rare that you get to talk to anyone there nowadays, including their store. I am happy to spread the wealth and give my money to a company that provides worthwhile services, a company that is personable to their clientele. Xfinity is not that company...so much for Diamond Status.

    I thought I was gonna have to wait hours based on how many people I saw, but my wait was only 10-15…read moreminutes long. The receptionist could probably tell that I was anxious about the wait and reassured me when I asked how long and made sure to tell me when I was next to be helped. For my first time purchasing an internet service, Michael Munoz helped me determine which package would be best, and offered me a security package to accompany it. I turned it down since I don't really need security for an apartment (if I do I think I'll go the ring route) but he covered all the bases and was incredibly patient and put up with all the questions and ADHD tangents I'd get going on based on the questions he'd ask which I'm sure is just part of his customer service training. As far as speed and quality of service, 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 (just try to keep conversation as surface level as possible, did a great job since he was clearly still training and getting his sea legs. Phenomenal) Location/distance to the store: 10/10 Overall I had a great experience here, and am happy to continue working with y'all in the future. Hopefully it's not for any maintenance but for purchasing more products. If you need internet in the cypress area, this is the place for you. Just ask for Michael Munoz.

    My husband went to this store to get the I Phone 17 deals, me and my daughter did trade ins, and he…read moregot the I phone air, we were told that his phone would only be $4 more since he didn't do a trade in and ours wouldn't be any charge, we paid taxes and fees up front on 3 phones. They let us know we could get insurance through them vs apple when he gave the price I let him know that that was kinda expensive, he assured me I could change it for a lower cost insurance after the credits fall off, by the way watches were added to the account, that we did not want but were told that that would fall off also, which they eventually did but we still got charged for insurance for the watch witch we didn't even order. In this time I did have questions, I have 3 young men's cell phone numbers who let me know if I needed anything to let them know, they let me know of what they were fixing on the account that never happened, and of course eventually they completely stopped responding to my messages. We went from a $77 a month bill to now $156 a month, I went in today to find out about the charge for my husband's phone and the insurance and was basically told it's only one price my only option is to cancel it, I called apple they said it's too late to add it through them, and my husband's phones is $40 something a month, we would have done better going with a different carrier, the only deal we got were LIES and a higher phone bill. I do not recommend this location!
