The automated system was…read morea terror, excessively long wait times, no resolution, etc. Heck, it took 5months for Suddenlink Communications to bury the cable flapping in the wind with each gentle evening breeze. Throughout the usual elevator music playing as I waited 10+ minutes, the call was interrupted by the standard automated urging to visit a website for help instead. (NO. I NEED HUMAN HELP HOMIE.) This process happened four times over a 2-day span. I fully anticipated the entire process, you know the call-for-tech-support-but-you-end-up-holding-forever-while-repeatedly-being-told-to-just-unplug-it joke? Well, slow clap for Suddenlink Communications because they are masters. My internet service with the company is slow but having 10+ phones, 3+ tablets, 2 laptops, 2 gaming systems and watching 2 internet tv's doesn't make it slower. It keeps right on chugging slow. Slow like pauses during online gameplay, pauses during shows, dreaded spinning circle during internet seaches. For the past week, all electronics are kicked off the internet randomly throughout the day and night. We can't watch an hour episode or play a full game of Madden without being kicked off. Calling is a option besides those wack turn-it-off solutions are wack but calling is such a loooooooooooong process. Livechat has the audacity to require your account number! I'd leave but I came to Suddenlink Communications because I had same issues with another company. Going on 30min+ and no end in sight. I wanted to officially have a response to report but...... geez.... holding past 30min usually ends with the call sounding a fax and hanging up on ME UPDATE!!! At 48min, I was able to schedule a tech for the following week.

You stay on hold for 20 minutes, at least, if you're trying to resolve an issue and they don't explain what this cable/internet issue was, because they don't want you to request a discount fir no service. I'm still waiting for Comcast to finish putting their lines in this area, so I can finally separate from Optimum forever!

When I got there he told me we are Literally going to throw it in a box and put your label on it and mail it in. Great right! No! He wanted me to take it to UPS store so I didn't have to wait. Wait why? You have to wait 45 minutes. No you can't leave it in my store because I'm going to throw it in the trash and you will be billed for it. So if all you are going to do is attach the sticker which I had in hand and mail it back WHY do I have to wait 45 minutes? Ok I'll go to lunch down the side walk. He says let me know when you come back in and I'll put you on the list. I insisted that he put me on the list now since it would be 45 minute wait and lunch would take no more than 20-30 minutes and it is literally 3 doors down. He balked but did finally add me to the list. Now why do I have to give you 45 minutes of my life so you can in his words Literally throw it in a box and mail it? Now I just got another bill after 6 months of unacceptable service. I live in the Woodlands Hills Community. Buyer beware. I've been cheated, be better than me! I hate getting ripped off.

Sure glad we did. They had just what we needed in addition to a wide selection of other odd sized batteries as well as all the regular batteries you might need. We also found out that Batteries Plus also sells and programs keys for your car and at a much better price than the dealer does. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I think we will be returning to Batteries Plus in the future for any of our battery needs.

I took the 3 items back to this location looking to exchange them for a Wii game or sell them back to the store. I paid $50 for all 3 pieces. I was told I could not exchange them but I could sell them back. $4!!! That's all that was offered to me for 3 new items, still sealed. Needless to say, I'll never go back to this store again. I'll do all my console shopping online.

But when I came in to the store knowing it's a corporate store NOT a franchise., and asked for some help, switching from AT&T to Verizon. I was greeted kindly and helped by knowledgeable people. I was able to get 2 new phones and switch over relatively quickly and painlessly. During my time in the store, I was able to watch the employees handle a variety of clients firmly if they were rude, but with respect and professionalism. Overall a good experience and the team did a great job.

My sons are trying to leave my plan and go with their own service. It is near impossible to transfer their numbers to a different carrier and we believe it's not an accident Also we have been put on holds for hours with no one ever coming back I'm mad and over it . Don't care how much it cost I'm gone. My recommendation is to go with the cheapest best deal. The old Verizon is gone, dead!
