This is a Be Mobile store that advertises as Verizon. I went in and they exchanged my iPhone with a defective one. When I tried to return it they refused, telling me to go to another Kiosk on S Broadway. The real Verizon Store on 16th helped me but I had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon to get the money back for the defective phone. Do not go to Be Mobile if you need Verizon!! read more

Jenny was great with helping me with my apple smart phone and iPad Pro she answers all my questions and even helps google some that she doesn't know the answers to read more

My husband and I went to this store to upgrade his phone and to get on a better and cheaper plan…read more We were told that the plan that we had was very good and we shouldn't change ($200 a month for two lines and the phones were paid off). We were asked if we were military or worked in the medical field and I told them that I was a CNA. They should've given us the 25% discount on our plan for that, but they didn't. When we upgraded my husbands phone we told them that we wanted it insured. We just found out that they did not put coverage on his phone. They also told me that I needed to send in my husband's old phone to get credit for it. I did and we paid an extra $20 to have it insured and signed for. Here, come to find out, that they should've done it - not us. These are just some of the issues we encountered. The only reason we found these unfortunate things out is because we went to a corporate AT&T in Bismarck, who by the way, were fantastic.

They had a compatible battery which got us back up and running! The staff was super helpful. I've been in many times and have always had a positive experience. Thank you Mike, Willie, & Matthew!

Wesley did an AMAZING job helping me out. Stopped by on a Saturday to switch my numbers over from a different account. Wesley was patient, kind and informative. We ended up not getting everything accomplished and he told me his hours for the following business day and told me to come back and he would get everything figured out. Stopped by and he even went the extra step to get everything taken care of. Would definitely go back and also recommend him to my friends and family. read more

Alisa was super friendly and helpful. Our 2 year old struggled to stay sitting for some long in his stroller so she said we could shut the glass door so he could run around. I also think she could tell I was getting nervous with him and assured me that they didn't mind him running around since he wasn't touching anything or tearing things down. It made the experience much better since I didn't have stress about it and could focus on getting the phones. read more

The Verizon workers were friendly and helpful. My only issue was that their card reader went down so the whole process took over 2 hrs to pick up and activate our new phones. However, the employees were great to work with and very tolerant of my children who could have been better behaved. read more

Lucas is was amazing he helped answer my questions, and made sure I got everything I need. He also treated me as if I was the only person in the store. Even tho they were very busy. I would definitely recommend that is you going to purchase anything from Verizon you do it through Lucas. read more

Josiah and I believe the manager? Anyways...both were great! Got us into phones we love that fit into our budget. Really feel like they listened to what WE wanted and not what they wanted to sell us! Would recommend them for sure! read more
