I called him the day of my install and he acted like he had no idea what was going on. After a lot of excuses and no answers he suggested I wait another week for another install date. There are other companies in minot, I wouldn't bother with this one.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had as a customer anywhere in my entire life. 45…read moreminutes in the store being ignored by employees it told they will be rite back just to see them in another section helping new customers to never return, went to customer service desk to ask for help and was told " we're having an issue with one of the cages so no one can help you ". Another 15 minutes a employees finally acknowledges my existence and ask if I need help to witch I respond " yes I'm trying to buy a surface with the detachable keyboard " immediately walks past me to a lady and starts helping her instead. Another employee comes over finally helps and I am extremly clear that I do not care about price I just need whatever surface they have in stock that has the removable keyboard since I just need the tablet feature.... Tells me the only one they have is 1200. I say I'll take it and I finally depart Best Buy after almost 2 hrs. Get home, open the Bag and package only to find out they had sold me a surface laptop instead of the surface pro after stating/checking multiples times that it had the detachable keyboard.... And Best Buy's solutions to this head ache " we can order one, it will be about 5 days. Anyone can order one online for cheaper then Best Buy and get it faster. The point in going to a physical store is to walk out with the product in hand, especially when your inventory says the item is in stock. The point is not to waste hrs in the store just to be told it has to now be ordered online

The service counter was no better, the guy helping us was not even listening to the questions my husband had, it was like talking to a brick wall, sorry to say that, but it's the truth. had I asked him to repeat what my husband asked he would not have been able to answer. he called another person to help which he did. what a circus! I am so glad we will not be ordering it thought the Minot Store. I think your staff need a shake up, wake up, do your jobs! never will we step foot in Minots store. SAD!!!!

My husband and I went to this store to upgrade his phone and to get on a better and cheaper plan…read more We were told that the plan that we had was very good and we shouldn't change ($200 a month for two lines and the phones were paid off). We were asked if we were military or worked in the medical field and I told them that I was a CNA. They should've given us the 25% discount on our plan for that, but they didn't. When we upgraded my husbands phone we told them that we wanted it insured. We just found out that they did not put coverage on his phone. They also told me that I needed to send in my husband's old phone to get credit for it. I did and we paid an extra $20 to have it insured and signed for. Here, come to find out, that they should've done it - not us. These are just some of the issues we encountered. The only reason we found these unfortunate things out is because we went to a corporate AT&T in Bismarck, who by the way, were fantastic.
