Yes occasionally they will offer a higher speed for another $10 but my speed is fine. Vacation hold, no problem. Just a $20 restart fee. If you wanted to start or stop it on a specific date, no problem. Come back early? No problem, service returns instantly with a phone call. Contrast this with xfinity/Comcast. I canceled THAT service 2 weeks before my promotion ended. I paid my last bill and received acknowledgement of the cancelation and payment. 5 weeks later and 9 calls later, I am still getting billed a higher charge.. XFINITY internet is still active which I know from my Alexa app and my upstairs neighbor. I'm not there Xfinity says my internet is off but it isn't. With Armstrong EVERYTHING is as promised. Bills are clear with no add ons. You don't have to keep calling customer retention to get a reasonable charge for service. Your bill will not go up by a factor of 4. Customer service is friendly and US based...actually based near Pittsburgh.

The store manager helped me "tweak" the program to adjust the spacing and turn out a really attractive looking product. He printed and re-printed samples until it looked just right, and was so pleasant during the whole process. He really went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend the printing services of this store and of the manager in particular.

I got an computer chair there last week . Had them put it together since I know I could not do it…read moremyself. When I got the chair home and sat in it did not sit the same as the one I sat in at the store. So took it back and picked out another one. Which was a better made chair and the cost was a lot higher. I had to order it and told them I would like to have them put it together. Yesterday I got a call it was in and put together so my daughter and I went and got it. Last night I sat in it was going to get on the computer and the right arm was not tighten moves all over. I have never had so much trouble with getting a chair in my life. So got to deal with this today. I sure can't get it in the car to take it back so should be interesting. Well called them and they made it right for me and also gave the money back I payed to have the chair put together.
