When you try to reschedule, broken appointments go to the end of the schedule, not first for the next day so it may be four days before you can reschedule the appointment THEY broke. Does that seem right to you? We had a rescheduled appointment for today between 8:30 and 9:30. Guess what? At 9:30, the tech still wasn't here. We called, and he said he worked out of a nearby town-like that was an excuse. Did he not look at his schedule and know he needed to be here at a certain time? Can't cut the cable soon enough!

I could find a new battery online for $15-20 or I could get an upgraded version of my old phone for free. But I wanted to add a full keyboard and the ability to edit emails and notebook entries and that, for me anyway, required hands on rather than order over the internet. Verizon chose to close the store I got my last 5 or 6 phones (I have 3 mobile accounts) from on Camelback at loop 101. So I picked the closest store. I got to the store a little over an hour before closing and the place was busy and I was like 10 or 11 in line with 3 reps working. So I have plenty of time to play with the phones and have my questions ready. My turn cam after about 40 minutes. I asked my questions, finalized the decision and walked out near the closing bell with an LG enV3 in cobalt blue. Although the system has changed some over the years, I remember being seated at a desk like I was dealing with a bank manager, it still seems like you cannot get out the door from any kind of service in less than 30 minutes. Verizon doesn't seem to be the least expensive but in this area seems to have been at or near the head of the pack when it comes to coverage where I like to be. And I cannot remember dealing with a rep in person, on line or over the phone that had to go find out an answer from somebody else.
