My hubby found the shop to help fix iPads and iPhones frequently destroyed by our autistic children (which would've been pricey anywhere else). We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. The technician that we worked with was Randy. She was very patient explaining all of the options we had for our equipment problems. There was a gentleman there that I talked to about getting my Android phone screen fixed and he quickly told me what he would need to do and he gave me an estimate. And he was always very professional and asked if I had any questions. The open the front door and point you down the street to Graphicom. When wanting to buy a new Apple phone the stock is small and they do not have any newer model phones available. The staff also does not seem knowledgeable. When asked on promotions and warranties on our account it was a lot of crickets. In fact they called the other AT&T and sent us down the road for a second time.

Sexual exposure in the form of conversation in front of a child. BIZARRE. And when I called to file a complaint, they obviously didn't take it seriously. If this is the way they allow their employees to speak to innocent customers and children, they are going to have an extremely rude awakening.

I told him I do not go anywhere because of the viruses, so if I needed help to set it up, what is the number to call? He gave me the number and as soon as I signed for it from UPS, I began to set it up. I called the number given on 25 October 2022 and was on the phone from about 1:15 to 7:45 PM, EST. NOT one representative and/or supposedly supervisor was able to get me connected to T-Mobile. I then reconnected my previous Wi-Fi/internet and was back on just like that. I called T-Mobile on 27 October 2022 because of the difficulty I experienced on 25 October 2022 and told them to come and get their mess via UPS and to cancel/delete EVERYTHING (my bank information, name, address, etc.) and do NOT attempt to debit nothing from my account. I was on the phone for over an hour to explain to (Jean) what I wanted to happen. I eventually got a reference number for cancellation. T-Mobile is NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AT ALL. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY. Jean TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE TO DISCONNECT THIS CALL BECAUSE I WAS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST HER. I TOLD HER BECAUSE I SAID I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE SAID TIMES TWO IS NOT DISCRIMINATION. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE EVIDENTLY YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY IS THE RREASON, I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. Eventually I got the cancellation reference number and reiterated that T-Mobile needed to have UPS to pick their product. I received emails that I would need to print out and contact UPS. I don't know what part of I don't have a printer and I am NOT going anywhere T-Mobile representatives they don't understand. The worst of the worst service EVER, hands down.
