A couple months ago I received an offer for a new phone online. At the store I was denied this phone. When I explained I could go across the street to T-Mobil and get a new phone at a better monthly price they told me, "go ahead." I did go ahead and I have MUCH better service and POLITE sales people. This place is so unhelpful! 2 weeks ago I tried to reach anyone at the store. They do not answer their phone. Tried calling many times and just get lost in automatic phone response H#LL. You are never directed to a human being at the store. I've called the minute they opened, so I can't imagine the store is completely full of customers and they are unable to answer calls. I eventually got redirected to the main headquarters. My Dad drove in person hoping someone would speak to him. Verizon had mistakenly sent him some equipment. The store took the items back but refused to stop billing him for these items. They won't help him reset his PIN and therefore that is the excuse to keep charging him for services that he doesn't use. SHAMEFUL!!!! read more

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude I got for no reason when visiting this store. 10+ year Verizon customer and never missed a beat. Bought several phones, been under many contracts. Bethanie that works there should get into a different field if she treats people with that attitude. I'd sure hate to see how she'd handle someone that had problem instead of someone like me, that simply wanted to look at the phones on the display, so I knew what to order. Good thing I didn't spend the $2500 I was about to spend on a new contract for 2 new phones if this is the service and attitude I can expect. I'm more disappointed in myself for actually thinking they are honest and they operate with some kind of integrity. They don't at all. We came in to upgrade a phone line and also figure out if we can lower our bill cause we were at a point to we're we could switch providers. We should have switched providers. They told us the iPhone 13 are free. FREE! Well they are not free, in fact you have to pay for them for 2 months before the credits that Verizon provides you kick in and then your locked in for 36 months contract. NONE of this was told to us. Then they changed our plan to make it less money and the salesperson wrote the prices per line as $27 a line on the back of a paper and my wife thought the math wasn't adding up correctly and my wife was right. Somehow are bill went up! WENT UP! How does a phone bill go up when the plans are $15 dollars less then the grandfathered plans we were on and they talked us out of?! Again, this was my fault for falling for this act. Oh and we lost our unlimited hotspot since we changed plans thanks to this location. There is even more that I'm not going to talk about and get to the final point. Folks, don't believe a word that comes out of their mouths! They are wolves in sheep's clothing. To end this review, to show even more clearly how they don't care about anyone's business, I'll get a generic statement, responding to this review about how they value our business and this isn't how they intend to do business and they hope we give them another chance. Here is your chance, I want to speak to the manager of this location. Leave your a contact number that isn't Verizon's customer service cause you can't even call the store to try to talk to anyone. Prove me wrong and I would love to update this review saying that they made the situation right. Let's see what happens. read more

I've come here several times before, and service has always been mixed. Of the 30+ times I've been here (over the past five years), I've NEVER bought anything. Well, this time, I did!! Best Buy wouldn't sell me a Note 8 case on 9/06 because they couldn't sell the phone until 9/15. Well, I want a case on my phone. . . So went up to Verizon. They had them in the back, since not many had the phone, and he brought them out. I tried out several, and finally decided on one. Price, 34.99 as stickered, before a 20% discount I get. Ringing up, he found it was 44.99! I knew what was happening, and I've had shady experiences at OTHER retailers before, so I covertly started filming as he peeled off the sticker. He left, oddly. So he came back, and had the price CORRECT, PLUS my discount, and could charge it to my account. Beautiful. They made a mistake. They did the right thing. Thank you, Verizon! read more

Bought a Fitbit watch in May 2016. My wrist and hand went numb after two weeks of use. There are several places online where they say this can and does happen. I went to the store to complain and was treated as a liar and given no satisfaction. I could trade it in for other crap at the store but no refund was coming even though their own Myverizon.com website had instructed me to stop using the product if numbness of the hand or wrist took place. 15+ year customer of this place. Just got a new phone at this location. Trevor was the guy that helped us, wonderful! Best experience we have ever had at a Verizon store!

I went into the store August 20th and purchased a new ipad and the cover to protect it. 2 months later the cover/case is broken and cannot be used. I attempted to EXCHANGE it but Verizon refused to stand behind there product. There is no way this item should be unusable 2 months after spending $60 dollars. What a way to display customer service. Shame on you Verizon for selling substandard products!!! read more
