Awful company. Upgraded my phone and they sent me a defective one and sent a new one the next day…read more Said 60 days to send it back. I sent it back got an email that said I only had 15 days to send it back. Now they put a 700 plus charge on my account. Been dealing with this for a week. They Want it paid in full by today. Won't even give me two more days til payday. All because they don't want to deal with the defective phone they sent in the first place.

She was annoyed that I had called her number for residential when she only handles commercial even though it was the listed number in YP. I got a total run around with her and had to ask and then *insist* she transfer me to someone who would help with residential internet. She put me on hold. During that time, I googled this office and saw they had 2 reviews and both highly negative with experiences like I was presently having. I hung up and won't ever use them for ANYTHING.
