When I was clearly upset and tried to explain to her what about her approach was wrong she doubled down on the attitude and never once apologized. Not to mention when we asked to speak to the manager we had 5 grown men swarm around us to hear the "drama" and they were very loudly talking negatively about my "attitude". The store employee quickly gave us our router and the instructions were super easy for us to do ourselves. One of our neighbors admittedly is not the most technologically savvy person on the planet but they were even able to plug in play and get going in a jiffy. It turned out we were paying way too much for our phone service. He was able to hook me up with a new phone and smart watch. About 2 weeks later we stopped in and spoke to Dexter. He was able to upgrade her phone and got her a new smart watch. By the time were done we ended up getting two new phones and two new watches and saved ourselves about $75.00 a month on our bill. The staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.
