Be careful if you buy a phone and sign up for service here! They promised me a $150 credit for signing up, and that never happened. They also signed me up for all these unrelated services like Hulu, YouTube, etc, that I did not want. The sales rep told me after the fact that the AI sales tool must have added the extra services automatically.. I suspect they get commissions and bonuses based on signing people up for these ads-on services. Watch out for that! They don't tell you that these add-on services are so cheap because they include ads, and are not the ad-free version that one normally has. I should have known better when the quote the sales rep gave me was hand-written on a piece of paper instead of a formal quote on a Verizon letterhead. Buyer beware when you go here! read more

everyone seemed very nice, however, they don't tell you that when you trade in your old phone for a new phone you have to stay with Verizon for 36month. They just say you get a "free phone". Meaning, when you try to get out of the contract early, for me it's the high cost of the monthly bill, that your trade in is not being honored anymore. I basically will loose $700 for my old phone, I phone 16, to verizon if I cancel my plan. And have to pay out for the new phone, around $770. I originally wanted a pre paid plan, which would have been cheaper monthly and used my old phone. But after 40hrs on the phone and about 3-4 hours in the store, Verizon could not figure out how to get the esim to work. As you can imagine after 8 hours of dealing with this, it was easy to be talked in to a "free phone" when trading in my old one. read more

Similar to other reviews, this place has dishonest salesmen. After hearing an offer that sounded too good to be true, I was repeatedly reassured by Emelio that my monthly bill would only increase by $0.27. He did mention a $40 upgrade for one time activation, but failed to mention an additional $40 and reoccurring $17/month afterwards. All of this after spending $130 out of pocket that day. They lie about the monthly increases so the $800 savings promotion averages out to $800 spent with a 3 year contract. It's insulting to a loyal customer and they should be ashamed. Got in touch with Verizon help desk to reverse so I didn't immediately switch to T-mobile. read more

If there was a -negative star option, I would select! Was totally misled about a promotion today and all I got was, I am new. I spent over five hours at this store trying to get our phones updated and then after spending all this money and time, the supervisor came over and said ooops, we have to refund you as one of the phones is cracked. All the staff said, he's new. No apologies or let us see what we can do for you. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this place lies to you. The guy said he would just tell his supervisor it was my fault to return a brand new phone so they don't get in trouble. Really bad experience here. Representative sold us home internet and misled us about what the bill would come out to. We ended up having to get on with customer service to get the bill back down to what we were told it would be since things we didn't order had been added to our plan. Then the internet kept failing and the representative eventually stopped responding to our messages about the internet going out. We called the store and another rep answered and said he couldn't help us since he wasn't the one who had the commission for the internet. He said we'd have to call customer service to cancel it if we had a problem. Super annoying since we're right next to a Verizon tower and can get very fast internet most of the time but it's not reliable enough to use for work and we can't get anybody to help us diagnose the issue. The representatives here were extremely determined to sell things to us that we didn't want and unwilling to help us when the service we paid for didn't work. read more

This place needs to be shut down. What do they even do?! I came in today to change my plan so it covered international data. I also purchased an accessory. I noticed later in the day that my new plan didn't carry over the discount I get from my employer. I called the store and the guy I spoke to was useless and not willing to help me at all. He told me they couldn't help me with my issue whatsoever and to dial 611 to contact Verizon. As I said to him- wait I thought you were Verizon? He said we are but I can't help you. Excuse me but what? You are Verizon but you're not? What in the hell is this place then? Again, So you are Verizon but you aren't verizon? He didn't give a shit. Stay away from this place! Amazing customer service at this Verizon store from Chris and Kent! They are absolutely extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and a pleasure to speak with. I spent 90 minutes in the store, and I walked away feeling very comfortable and confident with my purchases. My husband, daughter and I went in to the store to get my daughter an iPhone 14 with a trade in. We worked with Callie, and by the time we left the store, she had cut the amount of our bill, found a recurring charge we never ended, sold us my daughter's iPhone 14 with a trade in of $800 instead of the $400 we were quoted...and was able to get me the 14 Pro Max I had on order for next week, plus an increase of my trade in from $400 to $800. I don't know how she did it, but Callie was professional, calm, fun and worked with customer service on the phone confidently. Ended by setting up both our new phones simultaneously. High pressured sales people who DON'T listen to what you want and try to sell you all kinds of extra things that end up being a total rip off. Make sure you notice in the description it says CellularSales!!!!!! This is not a genuine Verizon store, but instead a Verizon authorized retailer. Went in to inquire about a bogo offer they had on the iPhone, and they started by saying it would be $120 per line to upgrade!!! What a joke! A genuine Verizon store, or the Verizon website only charged $30 per line. Although the sales people were nice, you could immediately tell something was up, and kept trying to push us into writing up the contract right then and there! I went there for the iPhone 12 Pro. The Verizon site said they were out everywhere, but they had them in stock. It turns out they are an independent retailer, so their stock is not counted on the Verizon site. That was nice, but I was really surprised to find out I qualified for a $300 gift card that also wasn't a part of the Verizon stuff. Everybody was wearing masks, they were very helpful. Sohaib (ask for him!), was super helpful, knowledgeable, and technically proficient. You know how good he was? I logged into yelp to give a good review to a cell phone store... Like everybody says, it's not a regular Verizon store, so their offerings are different, sometimes better, sometimes worse. I was there for 2 1/2 hours, and Ashlynn took care of the phone purchase, setting up, all the accessories, etc. she went above and beyond to help me make some decisions during the process. Buyer beware! This is not a true Verizon store, it is a contractor through cellular sales. I went there to get my son his first phone cell phone. I would have preferred an old fashioned flip or slide phone but this was not an option here. They also had a free option for a low level smart phone, older version. We placed our order for this, returned a few days later as we were told to do only to find out our order was never placed. Our original sales person wasn't there so we worked with someone else and he clearly knew the details of our original visit. The 2nd salesman began upselling immediately, and told us the original free phone was no longer available. Although he knew I was concerned with price, he continued his upsale. There was a lot of back and forth, offers to do multiple discounts to get the price down. Upon us agreeing to an older, used i-phone at a $4.58 a month, we were then told we would need to come back yet again. On our 3rd visit back to finally pick up our phone, the contract information was stating that we would be paying nearly $13 per month (vs the $4.58 we originally agreed to) the sales rep re-assured me it was $4.58 and we would notice our discount in a few months as the billing adjusted. I have a sticky note stating it would only be $4.58 and all of the discounts that they highlighted for us but our contract never reflected the discounts and now we are stuck paying the nearly $13 per month, plus our down payment of $62.93. All in all, we went in for a free promotional phone and walked out several unnecessary visits later paying $360. We tried working with the store manager, Carly, but she cared nothing about customer service and was quite disrespectful. We wrote letter to the GM and made numerous calls to Verizon (the real Verizon) but apparently nothing can be done. Very disappointed. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Absolute TOTAL nightmare!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I was totally misled by Kelly about the phone i was purchasing. She CLEARLY was only interested in SELLING me a phone. She lied about other phones that i might have been interested in just so i would purchase a phone and leave her store. She misrepresented that her store was a direct Verizon store when it was not. So when i decided i wanted to exchange the phone within 14 days, i had to drive all the way back to Superior CO from Cheyenne Wyoming to return the phone. Then, when i returned the phone on May 18th, the device payment plan was never removed. So i called the Superior store and spoke with the manager, on June 8th, Carla, who was rude and she assured me that the device payment plan would be removed in 24-48 hours. SIX DAYS LATER, the device payment plan was not removed. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE TRUE SALES PEOPLE WHO DO NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! read more

I recently lost my phone, and came here for assistance with getting a new phone up and running. Long story short, I was completely locked out of an old device that I had on hand and had no idea what to do in order to get the new device up and running before leaving for a work trip the following day. Nate Romero spent over two hours with me, patiently troubleshooting and figuring out how to assign my apple ID to the old device. Under normal circumstances this would have been an incredibly painstaking process, for both of us. Nate didn't act annoyed or impatient - he and his team worked together when they had road blocks, and we all managed to converse and share a few laughs along the way. I don't have enough good things to say about the team at this store based on my experience - I'm thankful I went to this location instead of another closeby (I had a previous positive experience here), and would strongly recommend their services to anyone else in need of a new device or having issues with their current device. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This is not a Verizon store and all they care about is making a sale. I went in recently with an iPhone that was having issues (getting a "NO SERVICE" status) so thought they would be able to troubleshoot. I was told it was a known problem with the iPhone 7 and there was no fix and therefore had to buy a new phone. Never mind that the salesman never even looked at the phone (I guess that should have been my first clue). Since I was traveling and was on a time constraint, I bought a new phone and they agreed to backup the old phone and put all the information on the new phone. I agreed to a "trade-in", which wasn't really a trade-in but store credit (clue number #2). The backup was taking a long time so we had to go back the next morning to pick up the new phone. In the meantime, I learned that the iPhone 7 does have a known problem and Apple is fixing them for free, which I was never told by the salesman. He claims he didn't know (shows either incompetence or dishonesty - the information regarding the iPhone 7 problem is even on the Verizon website, so I find it hard to believe he didn't know). I tried to undo the trade-in when I went back to pick up the new phone. I was willing to pay them for the overpriced store products I received. I just wanted my old iPhone back since I could get fixed. After arguing for about an hour, they finally gave me my old phone back. Took the iPhone 7 to Apple today and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. After performing a hard reset and restoring to factory conditions, it seemed to take care of itself. It was probably a software glitch. Wish I had gone to Apple first, would have saved myself from this terrible experience! read more
