It's a half-hour drive to the store and the first thing the associate said was that Best Buy can't fix it, but they could send it out for $85 and then the price to get data off it started at $500 and up. Completely wasted trip. The second encounter wasn't an encounter because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I called. I wanted to make an appointment to have an iPhone battery replaced. Their super-special, cutting-edge, futuristic "AI" phone non-answering system is especially designed to keep employees from having to actually talk to customers. Nice at first then he started talking about the cream I asked help for, how it recently helped him with the WORST case of CRABS he's had! When we arrived at the cream he noticed the label, started insisting he was joking like his life depended on it. I felt forced to say "yeah, funny". Before I could say thank you he said, "You're welcome!?" With such a rude tone like I was bothering him. I said "Thanks" and got out of there. While walking away I barley heard him say "That dumb b word believed me". I never got his name but if you see him keep 10ft away.
