In 1989 I was involved in a serious industrial accident in which I incurred 4 "burst" fracture vertebrate. I spent 6 months in a body cast and have dealt with chronic back pain ever since. Over the years I have tried every type of mattress system made - water bed, memory foam, air mattress, baffles, etc. In 2013 my back flared up and after seeing Verlo's commercial on TV I visited the store and found what I felt was an amazing mattress. Over the course of two weeks I repeatedly returned to the store to re-test the mattress under various circumstances and weather conditions. I was finally convinced the mattress would help and I made my purchase. That was 4 1/2 years ago and I am now 57 yrs. old and I still have my mattress!! I can tell you my back is better than ever and I have experienced a dramatic decrease in my pain medication! I can't guarantee these results for everyone, but my wife would be the first to tell you "this mattress has changed my life" and that is not an overstatement! These folks are terrific! They understand what "customer service" actually means! First of all, I love my new mattress! I haven't slept this well in years! It has a nice, soft pillowtop which is backed up by a firmer material for support. I came close to buying a Sealy or Temperpedic but I'm glad I didn't because Verlo's bed was actually cheaper and far superior in quality to the mass-produced mattress/box springs available in stores. Verlo will custom build a bed to your specifications which Sealy and the others can't do. Everyone I spoke with at Verlo was courteous and knowledgeable. Verlo sent two guys to deliver it to me in De Pere and they were right on time, courteous, helpful AND they even took their shoes off at my door. (Some companies send just one delivery guy to save money which can result in damage to your home as the guy wrestles the furniture or appliance around by himself.) I currently have not been feeling the greatest, I am up there in age and am having my grandson type as I speak. Where do I start?, I first came in and had talked to the GM of the store, he listened to my medical concerns, having a bad back and using a c-pap machine, I didn't get the best sleep with my old bed. However after the careful consideration with trying out a variation of beds, I had made a decision on going with this Hybrid bed they make with one of those new age adjustable box springs that you always see advertisments on T.V. and it even has some neat bells and whistles. I have had my bed for a few months now and I can tell you for someone who wakes up in the middle of the night, I have finally been able to sleep through out the night, its been a while. I recently purchased my second mattress from Verlo. I came back for 2 reasons; the quality and the service. My first bed was a 2 sided -pillow top that I loved but was only a queen. My son now has that bed which is only a few months old. I went to a king and upgraded to an Airbed. I have never been more comfortable and rested in my life! Although it took a free in home adjustment to get my bed right, they were so helpful, fast and free to fix my needs. Verlo's prices were better than all I researched in the Fox Valley. I love how they offer to fix it, make it softer or firmer at no cost! Service is so important to me! I am totally sold on Verlo! I have never been disappointed in this company, I have ordered 3 Mattress with this company in the past and they delivered as promised. I worked with an excellent gentlemen by the name of Cameron, who went above and beyond his way to help me with an order over the phone. I am a bit of an Otaku or NEET and dont generally venture outside my home Office as much as one should, He listen to my needs and concerns and delivered an amazing product. The only thing I had to do was besides pay was find the right feel for me and I did, in the line I chose there was over 6 different mattress to chose from. I ended up stopping in here and had a bed built and delivered to my home back in California, I have slept in it a few times already and can already claim, it was better then my Sealy that I had. This place builds to comfort, they provide a quality that is hard to find now days in craftsmanship, they delivered on time and as promised. They also checked up on me to make sure my bed made it to my establishment back home, with out damages, and it did. Called store because online wouldn't let us purchase adjustable bed frame upon calling was told that they have different bases in store and got everything I wanted plus massage and free delivery. I am was very impressed by delivery workers as well as store associate I spoke to on the phone . Upon delivery they discovered a defect and that one of the holes for legs was missing so took it back to store to use drill press and still had it back and set up within delivery window and had carried old broken bed frame out to hall for me. Purchased a queen mattress and box spring recently from Verlo. From the time my wife and i walked in the door it was a great experience. Sam asked a few questions and then pointed us to a few options. He was friendly and knowledgeable. A little while we were walking out the door. Delivery date met our needs perfectly! I recently purchased a mattress for my RV at Verlo and it was a great experience!! It was a custom size when I thought I had a queen. It was 60 x 74. The salesman who also builds the beds explained he could make it to fit exactly. And didnt have to be just cheap foam!! They can make any mattress in the store and it doesnt have to break the bank. My wife and I are very pleased with the mattress and will recommend to all our camping buddies. They also have very comfy beds for everyday use, which we will be going back for shortly. I believe the negative reviews are from other furniture stores, Who are jealous of the family orientated business; this is the first time I have ever truly been happy with my bed. They build everything right in the store, It is all american made too! Which is rare now days.
