I was not disappointed. Bob is very professional and friendly, you get a full break down of what he is going to do before he starts, before and after photos so you can see what he has done, and instead of sitting in the chair reading a poster on the ceiling you can watch your choice of films/TV on the provided video glasses while Bob takes care of your teeth. This isn't the cheapest dental practice I've ever been to, but it is certainly the best. My teeth isn't an area in which I'm looking to economise and sometimes you get what you pay for, in this instance I certainly feel this is the case. It's hard to convey how impressed I am with Blueberry dental without sounding like I work there, all I can say is you won't regret going and if you are wary of visiting a dentist then I think a chat with Bob would set you at ease. I can't see myself ever going to another dentist unless I move a very long way away.

The problem is trying to get a check up appointment is a nightmare, you are looking to book atleast 3months in advance so if you have a bit of tooth ache you've got a long wait!! (better to go through the emergency dental route!) There is not a lot of tlc in my experience you rather feel like you are on a conveyer belt getting pushed out of the dental chair as soon as the work is done and before you have had the opportunity to ask about the next stage of treatment, and it can also be a fight to get the next appointment on a day which you can actually make!

The surgery itself is always clean, well kept and the equipment they use looks new (X-Rays for example are instant). The receptionists there are clearly well trained, pleasant and always act professionally. I've had the same dentist for the 3 years, and again always had a pleasant and professional experience with him, he seems well experience and work very efficiently. Going to the dentist is never much fun, but this is by far the best NHS surgery I have ever been to.

Although outside it looks small and slightly old, inside was quite spacious and very new - facilities, equipment, warm waiting area. The place was busy for an early morning, which is a good sign of good business. The staff was very friendly and provided a high level of service. During treatment, the dentist kept me informed of what was going on and always inquired if I was okay. As for price, it was good/reasonable for immediate treatment and repair. They do treatment for NHS patients, but expect a long waiting date for your appointment. Overall, highly recommended for those looking for private treatment.
