As a mom, bringing multiple little ones to an appointment can be stressful, and I was worried they would be a distraction or an inconvenience. Instead, every single staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, patient, and understanding. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Not once did I feel judged or like my kids were a bother. They went out of their way to make the experience easier for all of us. The care I received was excellent, but what really stood out was how compassionate and welcoming everyone was. It made such a difference and took away so much of the anxiety I had walking in.
