I asked them to change out my spare tire as well because I thought it was damaged and unusable, they tested it and it passed and promptly notified me that the change was unnecessary. They kept me informed, and genuinely looked for an opportunity to conduct honest business. They even identified the source of a winning in my car that had me nervous. Though it is likely not a part of their standard service, they filled my empty power steering fluid without charge. They have won over a dedicated customer. Before I bought a used car recently, he evaluated it free of charge, and caught an issue that another mechanic had missed. Leon goes above and beyond the call of duty.
