Add the two together and I have a lot of soreness and pain in my upper back/shoulders, as well as some IT band issues. Mark truly knows how to help you with all the little aches and pains that build up over months and years of athletic abuse. My recovery times have improved, and for the first time ever I've been able to actually engage my glutes on the bike, instead of overly relying on my hamstrings to do all the work. My upper back/neck/shoulders are well behaved, and my IT band is getting better. Mark really understands biomechanics, both theoretically, and practically as it applies to athletic performance, and how to work with your body to help it perform at its best. And he'll take the time to explain why things are the way they are, and the reason behind his therapy. Besides, you'll never meet a nicer guy. If you do any kind of sports, you owe it to yourself to see Mark. Especially for the rates he charges. He should easily charge double for his magical hands.
