I gave him instruction to dig at least down 4" so rocks would be 2" below curb. Which wasn't done. He also underestimated the work and asked for additional money which I gave.$200 so Total 1700.He was paid. I asked him to come back and do it right. He reacted with all kinds of excuses not to come back. I got several estimates to have it fixed from other companies ranging from 12 to 1600 dollars. I feel his work was poor quality. I have a back injury so can no longer safely do this myself. First snowfall of the year - one guy showed up, plowed half of the driveway, didn't touch the sidewalks and left. Next day, more snow, no one shows up. Then I get a bill for their services! Finally the boss responded and apologized, said there was a mixup and they would do the rest of the month at no charge. Since then every time it snows, no one shows up. I email, I text, I call and every time he says "oh ya, you're on the list, I'll send someone". But he never does. This is beyond frustrating, it's disrupting my business and causing further injury. Stay far away from this company!
