He promptly responded saying that he was out of town for the next 2 days, and he would respond when he got back into town. He responded at 8:30 pm on the day he said he would return. He asked for pictures of my bath jacuzzi which I sent. We connected the next day and troubleshot the problem over the phone. It was a major construction project with lots of complications. Jules at Royal Pools shepherded the project along, and she had my back every step of the way. At their request, I made the mistake of paying them when the job was "almost done." In the time it took me to run to the store and come back, they packed up and left without finishing the job. Like other reviews have said, their attitude went from great to downright hostile the minute they had their money. I spent $25,000 to have this pool refurbished, and they left me with a pool that is unfinished, leaking, unable to properly circulate, and with no chemicals in it. It is now starting to turn back into the same swamp I paid them to fix. Now I have to take more time off work and fly back to NY to find a company to finish the job. If they'll do this to a 75 year old widow, I doubt they'll care about taking your money.
