I…read moreonly ever saw her for 1 or 2 appointments and was switched without my consent to the primary dentist. My insurance would cover 2 cleanings a year, they wanted me to do 4. I told them I would only do what was covered and was told they would code it differently to cover all 4. Which they did until last Nov. Also I had a spot that I thought was a chipped filling, after a year of cleanings they finally noticed it. Turned out it was a major cavity. They claim to be pain free. Went for a periodontal cleaning with numbing. The one session I had to be numbed twice (at least my neck was numbed not my jaw so much) and then they decided to touch-up the other side that had been done previously (no numbing). I had been meaning to find another dentist and when they coded my cleaning differently and it was not covered AND they would not admit to making a mistake. Now they are turning it over to their lawyer for $80. If you go there don't plan on seeing the same staff, it seams like it's a revolving door (confirmed by a past employee)
