If you sort by recent, you will see it is a ton of good reviews, unfortunately it looks like several years back they had a bad employee, but that person is gone now, but their ratings took a hit for it. They are quick, efficient..and as I said friendly. I am overly sensitive to rudeness and I have NEVER had a hint of an issue here. It can be a bit pricey, but what isn't these days! The parking lot is small, but if you are patient, you can usually catch someone coming out of the 7-11. There are def. times where it is dead empty and times where there is a line out of the lot. But I always get a space. Patience is key.

By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. I called Alex and about 10:00 am and he was here, on time, as scheduled, at 11:30 am. Alex is very professional and knew what he was doing. I had everything ready because I am a nut. He had all done in less than 10 minutes. He went to leave and I walked out my door and locked myself out. Now, for me, this is dangerous. I don't walk well without help now and I am not strong enough to get in my own driveway gate. Poor Alex. He was so kind. He figured out how to open the gate, which is no easy task and stayed with me as I tried the side door, which was also locked. He also got to meet my jumpy, hairy, but adorable dogs, one a pit bull and the other a St. Bernard and was so good with them. He told them not to jump on him and they tried to listen. He got his legs licked and I just wanted to never stop saying sorry. Of course, we could not find the spare key as my husband moved it and never told me. I did not have my phone. Alex called my husband and they, not me, figured out where the key was. He waited for me to open it and made sure I was okay. Again, my walking is an issue. The dogs followed in and Alex got another lick or two on his legs. He never complained. He did not abandon me like many would. He made sure I was safe before he left. His prices are super reasonable. He is the nicest man so use him. You will be happy. I adore him and my unruly dogs think he is cool and lickable. What more can you want.

Passport, CA ID, bank issued residual check (not even that much), that I signed after walking through the door since there was a man in front of me and I was trying to hurry to an appointment. Got the same rude, racist, brunette, Latina (appearing) lady both times, that refused to cash my check. I'm 51 and don't throw the "racist" description around loosely, but I definitely know the energy when it's encountered. I was cool the first time, but not gonna lie, she got called out and cussed out today, since I obviously will never return. Don't know about others, but if you're black, save yourself some time and stay away from here.
